Claims (8)
- モル比による組成式を、YxTiyNizO3±δと表したとき、0<x、0<y、0<zx+y+z=2、δ≦1を満足する組成成分を95質量%以上含有し、
前記組成成分の組成が、Y 2 O 3 −TiO 2 −NiOのモル分率に基づく状態図における、Y 2 O 3 を示す頂点、NiOを示す頂点、TiO 2 を示す頂点、Y 2 Ti 2 O 7 を示す点、YTi 0.5 Ni 0.5 O 3 を示す点で囲まれた範囲内であることを特徴とするセラミック焼結体。 - 結晶相として、YとTiとNiとからなる複合酸化物相のうち少なくともいずれかを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック焼結体。
- 前記組成成分の組成が、モル比による組成式を、Yx(TiyNi1−y)2−xO3±δと表したとき、0<x≦1、0<y<1を満足することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のセラミック焼結体。
- 請求項1乃至3のうち何れかに記載のセラミック焼結体からなることを特徴とする高温用部材。
- 前記セラミック焼結体中に結晶相としてNiが存在し、導電性を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高温用部材。
- 前記セラミック焼結体中に結晶相として、Ni、NiOおよびNiTiO3のうち少なくとも1種が存在し、Niを金属Ni換算で30体積%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の高温用部材。
- 前記組成成分の組成が、Y2O3−TiO2−NiOのモル分率に基づく状態図において、(Y2O3、TiO2、NiO)で示される点、(0.25、0、0.75)、(0.25、0.375、0.375)、(0.176、0.0.412、0.412)、(0、0.4、0.6)、(0、0.1、0.9)、(0.053、0、0.947)で囲まれた範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のうちいずれかに記載の高温用部材。
- 請求項4乃至7のうちいずれかに記載の高温用部材に、第1電極層、セラミックスからなる固体電解質層および第2電極層を具備する素子を設けてなることを特徴とする電気化
学素子。
