Description
Claims (10)
- 分散システムにおけるアラートの自動化されたリカバリ及びエスカレーションのためのシステムであって、
監視エンジン及び自動化エンジンを実行するサーバーを含み、
前記監視エンジンは、
分散システムの装置及びソフトウェアアプリケーションに関連付けられているプロセスを監視し、
前記分散システムの装置及びソフトウェアアプリケーションに関連付けられる問題を検出し、
前記検出された問題に基づいてアラートを送信するように構成され、
前記自動化エンジンは、
前記アラートを受信し、
前記検出された問題に関連する診断情報を収集し、
リカバリアクションデータベースを用いて、前記アラートをリカバリアクションにマッピングすることを試行し、
前記アラートがリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、リカバリアクションを実行し、そうでなければ、
前記収集された診断情報とともに前記アラートを指定先にエスカレーションすること、
を特徴とするシステムであって、前記システムの前記自動化エンジンが、前記収集された診断情報とともに前記アラートを指定先にエスカレーションすることとは、前記アラートに関連する分散システムの装置が存在する地理的領域の優先度に基づいて、前記アラートを前記指定先にエスカレーションするか否か決定することを含む、
システム。 - 前記地理的領域の優先度は、その地域に指定されたサポートチーム、ハードウエアリソース、ソフトウエアリソース、及び通信リソースの組からの少なくとも1つの利用可能性に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムの前記自動化エンジンが、前記アラートがリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、リカバリアクションを実行することとは、前記アラートが単一のリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、前記システムの前記自動化エンジンが、前記単一のリカバリアクションを実行し、前記アラートが複数のリカバリアクションにマッピングされたときに、リカバリアクション毎の実行優先度に従って前記複数のリカバリアクションを実行することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記分散システムの装置は、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、ハンドヘルドコンピュータ、サーバー、スマートフォン、モニター、オーディオ機器、テレビ、ビデオキャプチャ装置の1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 分散システムにおけるアラートの自動化されたリカバリ及びエスカレーションのための方法であって、
分散システムの装置及びソフトウェアアプリケーションに関連付けられているプロセスを監視し、
前記分散システムの装置及びソフトウェアアプリケーションに関連付けられる問題を検出し、
前記検出された問題に基づいてアラートを作成し、
前記検出された問題に関連する診断情報を収集し、
リカバリアクションデータベースを用いて、前記アラートをリカバリアクションにマッピングすることを試行し、
前記アラートがリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、リカバリアクションを実行し、そうでなければ、
前記収集された診断情報とともに前記アラートを指定先にエスカレーションすること、
を特徴とする方法であって、前記収集された診断情報とともに前記アラートを指定先にエスカレーションすることとは、前記アラートに関連する分散システムの装置が存在する地理的領域の優先度に基づいて、前記アラートを前記指定先にエスカレーションするか否か決定することを含む、
方法。 - 前記地理的領域の優先度は、その地域に指定されたサポートチーム、ハードウエアリソース、ソフトウエアリソース、及び通信リソースの組からの少なくとも1つの利用可能性に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記アラートがリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、リカバリアクションを実行することとは、前記アラートが単一のリカバリアクションにマッピングされるとき、前記単一のリカバリアクションを実行し、前記アラートが複数のリカバリアクションにマッピングされたときに、リカバリアクション毎の実行優先度に従って前記複数のリカバリアクションを実行することを含む、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記分散システムの装置は、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、ハンドヘルドコンピュータ、サーバー、スマートフォン、モニター、オーディオ機器、テレビ、ビデオキャプチャ装置の1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのプログラム。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するためのプログラムを記録した記録媒体。
