Abstract
método, sdistema e meio de armazenamento para recuperação automatizada e escalação de alertas em sistemas distribuídos. a presente invenção refere-se ao fato de que alertas (113) baseados em problemas detectados de hardware e/ou de sofware em um ambiente de aplicativo complexo distribuuído são mapeados para ações de recuperação para resolução automática de problemas. os alertas (113) não mapeados são escalados para indivíduos designados ou equipes (101) através de um método de escalação íclico que inclui uma confirmação de notificação de transferência a partir do indivíduo designado ou da equipe (101). a informação coletada para cada alerta (113), bem como soluções através do processo de escalação podem ser gravadas para expansão da base de conhecimento de resolução automatizada.
