Description
1.0≦((a)+(b))/(c)≦2.5
平均粒子径が0.5〜20μmでモース硬度が5〜8の無機摩擦調整材(a)、
マイクロポーラス構造を有する多孔質の無機摩擦調整材(b)と、
炭素質系潤滑材(c)の含有量が次式を満たすようにする。
1.0≦((a)+(b))/(c)≦2.5
表1、表2に示す組成の摩擦材組成物をレディゲミキサーにて5分間混合し、成型金型内で30MPaにて10秒間加圧して予備成型をした。この予備成型物を、予め洗浄、表面処理、接着材を塗布した鋼鉄製のバックプレート上に重ね、熱成型型内で成型温度150℃、成型圧力40MPaの条件下で10分間成型した後、200℃で5時間熱処理(後硬化)を行い、研磨して摩擦面を形成し、乗用車用ディスクブレーキパッドを作製した(実施例1〜10、比較例1〜9)。
Claims (2)
- ディスクブレーキパッドに使用される、銅成分を含まないNAO材の摩擦材組成物を成型した摩擦材において、前記摩擦材組成物は、チタン酸塩を含まず、
平均粒子径が0.5〜20μmでモース硬度が5〜8の無機摩擦調整材(a)を摩擦材組成物全量に対し8〜15体積%と、
マイクロポーラス構造を有する多孔質の無機摩擦調整材(b)を摩擦材組成物全量に対し1〜3体積%と、
炭素質系潤滑材(c)を摩擦材組成物全量に対し5〜10体積%とを含み、
ここで、該炭素質系潤滑材は、コークスを摩擦材組成物全量に対し2〜4体積%含み、該コークスは平均粒子径が300〜800μmであり、
かつ、(a)、(b)、(c)の含有量が次式を満たすことを特徴とする摩擦材。
1.0≦((a)+(b))/(c)≦2.5 - マイクロポーラス構造を有する多孔質の無機摩擦調整材がゼオライトである請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
