Description
Claims (28)
- 1つまたは複数の画像に出現する複数の基準マークの第1場所を記録するステップと、
1つまたは複数の更新された画像における前記複数の基準マークのうちの少なくともいくつかの更新された場所を記録するステップと、
前記複数の基準マークのうちの前記少なくともいくつかの前記更新された場所の前記第1場所に対する偏位を判定するステップと、
前記判定された偏位と、以前の処置部位の場所とに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記処置を実行するべき新しい処置部位を選択するステップと、
前記処置を実行するために、除外ゾーンおよび/または保留領域を考慮に入れて前記選択された新しい処置部位に移動することをツールに対して命令するステップと、
を含む、プロセッサによって実行されるツールの作動方法。 - 前記複数の基準マークの前記第1場所に基づいて前記処置を実行するためのエリアの境界を判定するステップをさらに含み、前記新しい処置部位を選択するステップは前記境界内で前記新しい処置部位を選択するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記新しい処置部位の視覚表現を作成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記処置部位を選択するステップは前記ツールの制限されたアクセスの部分を考慮に入れる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記境界を判定するステップは前記境界を調節することにより前記ツールの制限されたアクセスの前記境界に含まれる部分を排除するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の基準マークはスキンテンション装置上に配置され、前記新しい処置部位を選択するステップは、前記スキンテンション装置の少なくとも1つの寸法および/または前記ツールの少なくとも1つの寸法を考慮に入れるステップを含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記複数の基準マークは、毛包ユニット、毛包、ほくろ、瘢痕、そばかす、しわ、瘤、凹陥部、特異的形状、眼球、外耳道、または標識のうちのいずれか1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記更新された場所を記録するステップ、前記偏位を判定するステップ、選択するステップ、および命令するステップを反復することをさらに含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記複数の基準マークのうちの少なくともいくつかが前記ツールから所定距離内にある場合、以前の処置部位に基づいて前記ツールの移動方向を特定し、前記ツールの移動方向を実質的に自動的に変化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記複数の基準マークは1セットの特異的基準マークを含む、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記新しい処置部位の場所を記録するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記変化した前記ツールの移動方向が、以前の前記ツールの移動方向に対して実質的に逆であるかまたは実質的に垂直である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1処置部位は、身体表面上に存在し、前記身体表面上の液体からの干渉を最小化することが自動的に算定される、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記選択された新しい処置部位は前記処置が以前に実行されているいずれかの部位の場所を含まない、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記処置は植毛採取処置または植毛埋入処置であり、前記処置部位は採取部位または埋入部位である、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記ツールに対して移動を命令するステップは前記ツールを坦持するロボティックアームを自動的に移動させるステップを含む、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 画像を含む画像データを受け取るよう適応されたインターフェースと、
操作を実行するための1セットの命令を含むプロセッサと、
を含み、
前記1セットの命令は、
1つまたは複数の画像に出現する複数の基準マークの第1場所を記録するための命令と、
1つまたは複数の更新された画像における前記複数の基準マークのうちの少なくともいくつかの更新された場所を記録するための命令と、
前記複数の基準マークのうちの前記少なくともいくつかの前記更新された場所の前記第1場所に対する偏位を判定するための命令と、
前記判定された偏位と、以前の処置部位の場所とに少なくとも部分的に基づいて新しい処置部位を選択するための命令と、
前記処置を実行するために、除外ゾーンおよび/または保留領域を考慮に入れて前記選択された新しい処置部位に移動することをツールに対して命令するための命令と、
を含む、処置の実行を管理するためのシステム。 - 前記1セットの命令は、前記複数の基準マークの前記第1場所に基づいて前記処置を実行するためのエリアの境界を判定する命令をさらに含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記新しい処置部位を選択するための命令は前記ツールの制限されたアクセスの部分を考慮に入れる、請求項17から請求項18のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 画像取得装置をさらに含む、請求項17から請求項19のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムはロボティックシステムであり、ロボティックアームをさらに含み、前記ツールは前記ロボティックアームに動作可能に接続された、請求項17から請求項20のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記処置部位は毛髪採取部位または毛髪埋込部位である、請求項17から請求項21のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは毛髪採取用ツールおよび/または毛髪埋入用ツールを含む、請求項17から請求項22のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは前記処置が実行された前記部位の仮想表現を作成するようさらに構成され、前記システムは前記仮想表現を表示するよう構成されたモニタをさらに含む、請求項17から請求項23のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサがさらに、前記処置部位の周りに前記保留領域および/または前記除外ゾーンを生成するよう構成されており、前記除外ゾーンは閉多角形形状を含む、請求項17から請求項24のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記除外ゾーンはユーザが調節できる、または自動的に生成される所定サイズを有し、前記システムがさらに、除外ゾーンの視覚表現を表示するよう構成されている、請求項25に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、複数の基準マークのうちの1つの基準マークが前記ツールから所定距離内にある場合、前記1つの基準マークから離れる方向へ前記ツールを移動させる命令を提供するよう構成されている、請求項17から請求項26のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサがさらに、画定された仮想選択領域を選択するよう構成されている、請求項17から請求項27のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
