Description
本発明は、剥離基体上の転写可能な硬化性非液体フィルム、前記フィルムを製造するための方法、前記フィルムを利用する接合方法、前記フィルムを使用して共に接合された基体を含むアッセンブリおよび前記フィルムの硬化生成物に関する。また、本発明は、事前に塗布された材料、例えば、事前に塗布されたフィルム単独または担体基体上の事前に塗布されたフィルムも含む。

最初に、Vamac(登録商標)MR(3.90g、48重量%)、ネオペンチルシアノアクリレート(3.61g、41重量%)およびLoctite 401(0.92g、11重量%)をクロロホルム中で混合することによって被覆溶液を製造した。次いでこの被覆溶液を、自動ドローダウン塗布器によって剥離被覆されたシリコン処理ポリエステルフィルム上に広げた。溶媒を真空オーブン中で除去した。硬化性材料のコヒーレント均一フィルムを、ポリエステルフィルム上に残した。このフィルムを図1に見ることができる。
Vamacゴム溶液(2.50g、40重量%)、ネオペンチルシアノアクリレート(3.50g、50重量%)およびLoctite 480(70mg、10重量%)をクロロホルム中で混合することによって被覆溶液を調製した。次いでこの被覆溶液を、自動ドローダウン塗布器によって剥離被覆されたシリコン処理ポリエステルフィルム上に広げた。溶媒を真空オーブン中で除去した。硬化性材料のコヒーレント均一フィルムを、ポリエステルフィルム上に残した。フィルムは均一で黒色であった。
実施例2の乾燥フィルムを、ガラス基体(顕微鏡スライド)に押し付けた。(第1の)ガラス基体に取り付けられたコヒーレント均一フィルムを残して、シリコン処理ポリエステルフィルムを剥離した。第2のガラス基体(顕微鏡スライド)を、第1の基体上のフィルムに押し付けた。グリーン強度が、アッセンブリを損傷のない状態に保った。次いでアッセンブリを加熱した(硬化を達成するため)。冷却するとガラスアセンブリは、基体の間で強い接合を形成した。基体を分離するために加圧すると、基体は破壊したが、接合は元の状態のままであった。図1を参照されたし。
Claims (24)
- 剥離基体上の転写可能な硬化性非液体フィルムを含む部材であって、前記フィルムは、電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分とフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成され、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、部材。 - 前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、プロパルギル、ネオペンチル、またはアダマンチルシアノアクリレートもしくはジシアノアクリレートおよびそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記非液体フィルムが、それ自体非液体である少なくとも1種の電子欠損オレフィン成分を含む、請求項1または2に記載の部材。
- 前記非液体フィルムが、それ自体液体である少なくとも1種の電子欠損オレフィン成分を少なくとも1種の他のフィルム形成成分との組合せで含み、ここで前記組合せは非液体である、請求項1または2に記載の部材。
- 前記非液体フィルムが、それ自体非液体である少なくとも1種の電子欠損オレフィン成分、それ自体液体である少なくとも1種の電子欠損オレフィン成分および少なくとも1種のフィルム形成成分を含み、ここで前記組合せは非液体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の部材。
- 前記剥離基体が、柔軟性を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の部材。
- 前記剥離基体が、柔軟性担体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の部材。
- 前記剥離基体が、柔軟性シートである、請求項6に記載の部材。
- 前記剥離基体が、柔軟性テープである、請求項6に記載の部材。
- 前記部材が、2つの異なる側面を有し、各側面に硬化性生成物が提供され、および少なくとも1つの側面上に硬化性非液体フィルムを含む硬化性生成物が提供され、前記フィルムは、電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分およびフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成され、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 - 各側面に硬化性生成物が提供され、および両側面上に硬化性非液体フィルムを含む前記硬化性生成物が提供され、前記フィルムは、電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分およびフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成され、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、請求項10に記載の部材。 - 基体上に硬化性非液体フィルムを含む部材であって、前記フィルムは、電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分とフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成され、前記基体はフォーム材料であり、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、部材。 - 剥離基体上の転写可能な硬化性非液体フィルムを含む部材を形成するための方法であって、以下のステップ:
電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分とフィルム形成成分を含む組成物の液体形態を剥離基体上に堆積するステップ、および
前記堆積された材料から非液体フィルムを形成するステップ
を含み、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、方法。 - 前記液体形態の堆積が、キャスティング、吹き付け塗りまたは押出し法によって実施される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記キャスティングが、溶媒キャスティングまたは融解キャスティングである請求項14に記載の方法。
- さらに、剥離材料を使用して前記非液体フィルムを保護するステップを含む、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記剥離基体からフィルムを転写するステップおよび転写フィルムを利用して第1の基体および第2の基体を共に接合するステップを含む、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の部材を使用して前記第1の基体を前記第2の基体に接合するための方法。
- 前記第1および第2の基体が、ラミネート構造で層を形成する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 剥離基体上の転写可能な硬化性非液体フィルムを含む部材であって、前記フィルムは、ネオペンチルまたはプロパルギルシアノアクリレートから選ばれる固体シアノアクリレートを含む組成物によって形成される、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 剥離基体上の転写可能な硬化性非液体フィルムを含む部材であって、前記フィルムは、非液体シアノアクリレート、液体シアノアクリレートおよびフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成される、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記非液体シアノアクリレートが、ネオペンチルまたはプロパルギルシアノアクリレートである、請求項20に記載の部材。
- 前記液体シアノアクリレートが、2−シアノアクリレートである、請求項20または21に記載の部材。
- 前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマーを含む、請求項20から22のいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 基体上で硬化性非液体フィルムを含み、熱で活性化可能な恒久的または剥離基体であって、前記フィルムは、電子欠損オレフィン成分である少なくとも1種の硬化性成分とフィルム形成成分を含む組成物によって形成され、前記電子欠損オレフィン成分は非液体であり、
前記電子欠損オレフィン成分が、2−シアノアクリレートを含み、
前記フィルム形成成分が、エチレンアクリルエラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、置換ポリエチレン、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン合成ゴムから選ばれる、基体。
