Claims (2)
- 吸収塔と、
前記吸収塔の底部に形成された吸収液を貯留する液貯留部と、
前記吸収液と前記吸収塔内に導入された被処理ガスとを気液接触させる気液接触部とを有する舶用湿式脱硫装置であって、
前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液を加温する加温部と、
前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液の塩濃度を計測する電気伝導率計からなる塩濃度計測部と、
前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液の液温を計測する温度計測部と、
前記塩濃度計測部によって取得された塩濃度と前記温度計測部によって取得された液温に係る固体析出物の析出特性データとに基づいて、前記塩濃度計測部で取得された塩濃度で前記固体析出物が析出しない領域の温度になるよう前記加温部を作動させて前記吸収液を目標温度に制御する制御部とを有し、
前記気液接触部において前記被処理ガスから硫黄酸化物を吸収した前記吸収液が前記液貯留部に回収された後、前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液が外部に引き抜かれることなく再度前記吸収塔内で噴霧されることを特徴とする舶用湿式脱硫装置。 - 吸収塔内の底部の液貯留部に貯留された吸収液と前記吸収塔内に導入された被処理ガスとを気液接触させ、脱硫処理する舶用湿式脱硫装置の操業方法であって、
前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液の塩濃度を電気伝導率計にて計測するステップと、
前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液の液温を計測するステップと、
前記塩濃度を計測するステップにて取得された塩濃度と前記液温を計測するステップにて取得された前記液温に係る固体析出物の析出特性データとに基づいて、前記塩濃度を計測するステップで取得された塩濃度で前記固体析出物が析出しない領域の温度になるよう前記吸収液を加温して前記吸収液を目標温度に制御するステップと、
前記気液接触により前記被処理ガスから硫黄酸化物を吸収した前記吸収液が前記液貯留部に回収された後、前記液貯留部に貯留された前記吸収液は、外部に引き抜かれることなく再度前記吸収塔内で噴霧されるステップとを含むことを特徴とする舶用湿式脱硫装置の操業方法。
