Description
Claims (7)
- トルク制限された留め具の製造方法であって、
当該留め具は、各々留め付け工具のための接続手段を有する第1の頭部部材(11)と、当該第1の頭部部材(11)に、所定の限界トルクで剪断される溶接接続部により、取り付けられた第2の頭部部材(12)とからなり、
当該第1の頭部部材(11)および当該第2の頭部部材(12)とは、当該溶接接続部を形成するための溶接工程において、互いに溶接され、
少なくとも2つの当該溶接工程が、少なくとも1つの異なる溶接パラメータにより実施され、それにより当該溶接接続部が剪断される異なる限界トルクが得られる、
ことを特徴とするトルク制限された留め具の製造方法。 - 前記トルク制限された留め具はコンクリート・アンカーに使用される留め具である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の留め具の製造方法。
- 前記トルク制限された留め具は、剪断ナットであり、前記第1の頭部部材(11)は多角形(13)の外観を有し、及び/又は前記第2の頭部部材(12)はめねじ(33)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の留め具の製造方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記溶接工程は、異なる溶接電圧で実施され、当該溶接接続部が剪断される異なる前記限界トルクが得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の留め具の製造方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記溶接工程は、異なる溶接電流強度で実施され、当該溶接接続部が剪断される異なる前記限界トルクが得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記溶接工程は、異なる加工温度で実施され、当該溶接接続部が剪断される異なる前記限界トルクが得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも2つの前記溶接工程は、前記頭部部材(11、12)の間の異なるプレテンションを用いて実施され、当該溶接接続部が剪断される異なる前記限界トルクが得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の製造方法。
