Description
Claims (9)
- 粒子担持ガス流から粒子状物質を除去するための方法であって、
a)粒子担持ガス流を第1の方向で第1の体積流量で複数の電気集塵装置ユニットへ流すステップと、
b)前記ガス流の少なくとも一部分を、各電気集塵装置における少なくとも1つの放電極に通過させて、荷電粒子状物質を生成するステップと、
c)所望の量の粒子状物質が収集されるまで、放電極とは逆に帯電した少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板上に前記荷電粒子状物質を収集するステップと
d)前記電気集塵装置ユニットのうちの少なくとも1つを通る流れを低減するステップと、
e)続いて、1つ又は複数の残りの電気集塵装置ユニットを通る流れを量的に増大させて、すべての前記電気集塵装置ユニットを通る流れの合計を前記第1の体積流量に維持するステップと、
f)流れを低減されたステップ(d)の前記少なくとも1つの電気集塵装置ユニットにおける前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板を、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板から前記粒子状物質を取り除く力にさらすステップと、
g)前記取り除かれた粒子状物質を粒子収集レセプタクルに収集するステップと、
h)粒子状物質汚染が低減されたガス流を引き出すステップと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板と前記粒子収集レセプタクルとの間で電位を生成して、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板から取り除かれた前記粒子状物質を前記粒子収集レセプタクルに駆動するステップをさらに含む方法であって、
前記電位は、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板の極性と等しい極性で前記粒子収集レセプタクルにおいて生成され、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板の前記極性が前記粒子収集レセプタクルにおいて生成された電荷の極性と反対になるように、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板の前記極性が反転され、
前記粒子収集レセプタクルにおける前記電荷が、二次収集電極によって生成される方法。 - 前記粒子状物質の少なくとも70重量%は、直径10μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質の少なくとも70重量%は、直径2.5μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質は、石油精製における流動接触分解ユニットの再生部からのゼオライト触媒粒子である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の前記少なくとも1つの電気集塵装置ユニットを通る前記流れは、少なくとも50体積%低減される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の前記少なくとも1つの電気集塵装置ユニットを通る前記流れは、少なくとも90体積%低減される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の前記少なくとも1つの電気集塵装置ユニットを通る前記流れは、100体積%低減される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の方向で二次ガス流を流して、前記少なくとも1つの一次収集電極板から取り除かれた前記粒子状物質を前記粒子収集レセプタクルへに駆動するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二次ガス流が、前記粒子担持ガス流の流れ方向に対し斜めの方向で流される、請求項8に記載の方法。
