Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかる遮断器特性監視装置を適用したシステムの構成例を示す図である。遮断器特性監視装置1は、変電所、開閉所などに設置されている遮断器、具体的には操作装置2および消弧室3を備えている遮断器の特性を監視するものである。
Claims (3)
- 可動接触子および固定接触子を備え、前記可動接触子は、開極動作においては第1の規定位置から移動を開始して前記固定接触子から離れた後も移動を継続して前記第1の規定位置とは異なる第2の規定位置まで移動し、閉極動作においては前記第2の規定位置から移動を開始して前記固定接触子と接触した後も移動を継続して前記第1の規定位置まで移動する遮断器の動作を監視して当該遮断器が備えている前記可動接触子および前記固定接触子の消耗量を推定する遮断器特性監視装置であって、
前記遮断器が前記閉極動作を開始してから閉極するまでの所要時間である閉極時間および前記遮断器が前記開極動作を開始してから開極するまでの所要時間である開極時間の少なくともいずれか一方を計測する動作時間計測部と、
前記動作時間計測部が前記閉極時間を計測した場合、前記第1の規定位置と前記第2の規定位置との間の距離と当該閉極動作における前記可動接触子の移動速度に基づいて、前記可動接触子の移動時間を算出し、当該算出した移動時間と前記閉極時間とを比較し、前記移動時間と前記閉極時間の差が第1のしきい値以下の場合、前記消耗量が一定の値を超えていると推定し、前記動作時間計測部が前記開極時間を計測した場合、前記距離と当該開極動作における前記可動接触子の移動速度に基づいて、前記可動接触子の移動時間を算出し、当該算出した移動時間と前記開極時間とを比較し、前記移動時間と前記開極時間との差が第2のしきい値以上の場合、前記消耗量が一定の値を超えていると推定する接触子消耗量推定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする遮断器特性監視装置。 - 前記動作時間計測部は、
前記閉極動作で使用する閉路用電磁石に流れる第1の制御電流および前記遮断器を介して負荷に流れる電流である負荷電流に基づいて前記閉極時間を計測する第1の処理、および、前記開極動作で使用する開路用電磁石に流れる第2の制御電流および前記負荷電流に基づいて前記開極時間を計測する第2の処理、の少なくとも一方を実行する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断器特性監視装置。 - 前記接触子消耗量推定部は、
推定した前記消耗量が一定の値を超えている場合、前記可動接触子および前記固定接触子の交換が必要な旨を外部へ通知する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遮断器特性監視装置。
