Description
本実施形態に係るクリップ1は、樹脂の成形体であり、例えば熱可塑性樹脂であるポリアセタール(POM)から形成されている。図1〜図4に示すように、クリップ1は、中心軸線Aを有する筒状の本体部2を有している。本体部2は、中心軸線Aに直交する断面が、略平行四辺形を呈する。本体部2の側部は、平行四辺形の長い対辺に対応する一対の長側壁部3と、短い対辺に対応する短側壁部4とを有している。一対の長側壁部3は互いに平行に延在し、一対の短側壁部4は互いに平行に延在している。本体部他の実施形態では、長側壁部3及び短側壁部4が互いに直交して長方形の断面を形成してもよい。
Claims (11)
- 第1貫通孔が形成された直立部が、突設された第1部材と、前記直立部が挿通される第2貫通孔が形成された第2部材とを結合するべく、前記第2貫通孔を通過した前記第1貫通孔と前記第2部材とによって画成された結合孔に結合するクリップであって、
所定の中心軸線を有し、両端が開口し、前記中心軸線から外側面までの距離が前記中心軸線を中心とした回転方向において異なるように形成された可撓性の筒部を有し、
前記筒部は、前記中心軸線が前記結合孔の軸線と直交し、かつ前記中心軸線回りに第1回転位置と第2回転位置との間で回転可能に前記結合孔に挿入され、
前記筒部は、前記第1回転位置において前記結合孔に遊嵌し、前記第2回転位置において前記結合孔の孔壁間に前記外側面が挟持されるように、前記中心軸線と前記外側面との距離が設定されていることを特徴とするクリップ。 - 前記筒部は、
前記中心軸線に対して直交する第1方向に第1長さを有し、前記中心軸線に対して直交すると共に前記第1方向と所定の角度を有する第2方向に第2長さを有し、前記中心軸線に対して直交すると共に前記第1方向及び前記第2方向の間に存在する第3方向に第3長さを有し、
前記第1回転位置にあるときに、前記第1方向において前記孔壁と対向し、
前記第2回転位置にあるときに、前記第2方向において前記孔壁と対向し、
前記第2長さは前記第1長さよりも大きく、前記第3長さよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 前記筒部は、前記中心軸線に対して直交する断面が略平行四辺形を形成され、
前記第1方向は、前記断面の略平行四辺形の一対の長い辺が互いに対向する方向と一致し、
前記第2方向は、前記断面の略平行四辺形の一対の短い辺が互いに対向する方向と一致し、
前記第3方向は、前記断面の略平行四辺形の一対の対角が互いに対向する方向と一致することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクリップ。 - 前記筒部の前記第3方向に配置された角部は、面取りがなされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクリップ。
- 前記筒部は、前記中心軸線を中心とした回転方向に進むにつれて、前記中心軸線方向における長さが異なるように形成され、
前記第2回転位置において、当該クリップは前記中心軸線方向において前記結合孔の前記孔壁と前記第2部材の前記第2貫通孔の周縁部との間に挟持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つの項に記載のクリップ。 - 前記筒部は、前記中心軸線方向における一端側に、前記第2貫通孔の周縁部に面接触可能な当接部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクリップ。
- 前記筒部は、その内側面から前記中心軸線側かつ前記筒部の外方へと突出した係止凸部を有し、
前記係止凸部は、前記第1貫通孔の前記第2貫通孔内に位置する部分に前記中心軸線を中心として回転可能に受容されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つの項に記載のクリップ。 - 前記筒部は、その内側面から前記中心軸線側かつ筒部の外方へと突出した係止凸部を有し、
前記係止凸部は、前記第1貫通孔の前記第2貫通孔内に位置する部分に前記中心軸線を中心として回転可能に受容され、
前記係止凸部の基部には傾斜面が形成され、
前記第2回転位置において、前記傾斜面が前記第2貫通孔の孔縁に当接し、前記筒部が前記結合孔の前記孔壁と当接することによって、当該クリップは前記中心軸線方向において前記結合孔の前記孔壁と前記第2貫通孔の孔縁との間に挟持されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクリップ。 - 前記係止凸部は、前記筒部の前記中心軸線を中心とした回転対称位置に一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載のクリップ。
- 前記筒部は、前記中心軸線から離れる方向に突出した突片を有し、
前記筒部が前記第2回転位置にあるときに、前記突片が前記結合孔の外縁に当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1つの項に記載のクリップ。 - 前記直立部は、前記第1部材から突設された一対の側柱と、前記一対の側柱の先端間に掛け渡された梁と、前記一対の側柱、前記梁及び前記第1部材とによって画成された前記第1貫通孔と、前記側柱と前記第1部材との間に掛け渡された補強壁とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1つの項に記載のクリップ。
