Description
・70〜130℃間の範囲の温度でスラリーを加熱する、
・新たな清潔な容器に液相抽出物を傾瀉する、
・円盤型遠心分離器により、3〜10Kg/分の範囲の流速で、得られた液体を遠心分離する。
・筋収縮頻度の十分な変化なし:80%〜120%の収縮率、(=)で表される
・筋収縮頻度の十分な低減:収縮率<80%、(−)で表される
・筋収縮頻度の阻止:収縮率=0%、(0)で表される
・筋収縮頻度の十分な増加:収縮率>120%、(+)で表される。
・被験体は、前の晩以来、顔面にいずれの製品も付与せずに研究室に来た。
・被験体は、情報シート(製品使用についての説明及び調査に関連する制限)と複製の同意書を読み、署名をし、日付を記した。これらの書類は、説明と同意ついて話し合った人によっても署名され、日付を記された。被験体は、複写を受け取った。
・調査に携わる技術者は、算入基準と非算入基準を確認した。
・顔面上の2つの領域が定められ、一方の領域は、試験製品で処置され、他方の領域は、対照(本明細書の下に、それぞれ、製品「T」及び「K」で記される)で処置された。
・2つの検査領域の皮膚の跡が取られた。
・調査製品が、日に二度、各々の定められた半顔面に製品を付与する指示と共に、被験体に与えられた。
・被験体は、研究室に戻ってきた。製品の最後の付与は、前の晩に行われた。
・2つの検査領域の皮膚の跡が取られた。被験体は家庭で試験製品を付与したので、準拠の管理は、調査の間、実行され得なかった。

・製品「T」、2%のレウコユム・アエスティバム抽出物を含む組成物により、微起伏の小じわの数が著しく減少した(平均で30%)。減少は、86%の被験体で観察された。更に、中程度のしわの数の限定された著しい減少も測定された(平均で、−14%)。このパラメータの減少は、62%の被験体で観察された。

培養条件:37℃、5%CO2

Claims (16)
- 対象の皮膚および/あるいは皮下の筋細胞における筋収縮の抑制に使用するための、レウコユム・アエスティバム球根の水性抽出物を含む組成物。
- 前記水性抽出物を筋収縮の抑制に有効である量で含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 対象において筋収縮が皮膚のしわ、皮膚の細かい線および皮膚の大きなしわのうちの少なくとも1つの形成に関与する領域において使用するための、請求項2に記載の組成物であって、それにより皮膚のしわ、皮膚の細かい線および皮膚の大きなしわのうちの少なくとも1つを改善、低減および/または除外する、組成物。
- 前記抽出物が、前記球根の休眠状態とは無関係に得られる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記量が、酸化損傷から皮膚を保護するのに更に効果がある、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記皮膚上への局所的投与のために配合される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、皮下送達、皮内送達又は経皮送達を介した投与のために配合される、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記抽出物の量が、前記抽出物が液体状である場合、前記組成物の全量に基づいて0.01%〜99.9%(重量/重量)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記抽出物の量が0.01%〜30%(重量/重量)である、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記抽出物の量が、前記抽出物が乾燥形態である場合、前記組成物の全量に基づいて0.0001%〜0.99%(重量/重量)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記抽出物の量が0.0001%〜0.3%(重量/重量)である、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、美容面で効果のある希釈剤又は担体を更に含む化粧料組成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 対象において筋収縮が皮膚のしわ、皮膚の細かい線および皮膚の大きなしわのうちの少なくとも1つの形成に関与する領域において、対象の皮膚および/あるいは皮下の筋細胞における筋収縮の抑制に使用するための、レウコユム・アエスティバム球根の水性抽出物を筋収縮の抑制に有効である量で含む組成物であって、
それにより皮膚のしわ、皮膚の細かい線および皮膚の大きなしわのうちの少なくとも1つを改善、低減および/または除外し、
前記水性抽出物が、レウコユム・アエスティバム球根から、前記レウコユム・アエスティバム球根の休眠状態とは無関係に得られる、組成物。 - 筋細胞の収縮作用の抑制に使用するための、休眠状態ではないレウコユム球根の水性抽出物。
- 酸化損傷からの皮膚の保護に使用するための、請求項14に記載の抽出物。
- 前記レウコユムが、レウコユム・アエスティバムである、請求項14または15に記載の抽出物。
