Description
第一に、本発明に係るX線管用高電圧駆動装置は、高電圧発生部を中心として倍電圧整流部を2段に分離して第1倍電圧整流部と第2倍電圧整流部とを互いに直列に接続することにより、第1倍電圧整流部または第2倍電圧整流部を構成する単位倍電圧回路の数を減らしながらも、X線管に必要な大きさの高電圧整流電源を発生することができる。

Claims (5)
- 入力電源を高周波電源に変換するインバーター部と、
前記高周波電源を受け取って高電圧電源を発生する高電圧発生部と、
前記発生した高電圧電源を受け取って前記高電圧電源の倍数の大きさを有する第1高電圧整流電源を発生する第1倍電圧整流部、および、前記第1倍電圧整流部と直列に接続されており、前記発生した高電圧電源を受け取って第1倍電圧整流部の第1高電圧整流電源と同じ大きさを有する第2高電圧整流電源を発生する第2倍電圧整流部を有する倍電圧整流部と、を備え、
前記高電圧発生部は、前記インバーター部から高周波電源を1次コイルで受け取って2次コイルに誘起される絶縁高周波電源を発生する絶縁変圧部と、前記絶縁高周波電源を受け取って高電圧電源に変換する高電圧変圧部とを有し、
前記倍電圧整流部は、前記高電圧発生部を中心として前記第1倍電圧整流部と前記第2倍電圧整流部とを互いに直列に接続して構成され、
前記第1倍電圧整流部の出力端は、前記第1高電圧整流電源と前記第2の高電圧整流電源との和に相当する負の電源の大きさを有し、
前記第1倍電圧整流部の出力端はX線管のカソード端子に接続されており、前記第2倍電圧整流部の出力端はグランドに接続されていることを特徴とするX線管用高電圧駆動装置。 - 前記高電圧発生部は、
前記インバーター部から高周波電源を1次コイルで受け取って2次コイルに誘起される絶縁高周波電源を発生する少なくとも1以上の絶縁変圧部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線管用高電圧駆動装置。 - 前記第2倍電圧整流部の電圧は、絶縁変圧部または高電圧変圧部の耐電圧に分圧されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のX線管用高電圧駆動装置。
- 前記第1倍電圧整流部または前記第2倍電圧整流部は、コッククロフト-ウォルトン倍電圧整流回路(cockcroft-walton voltage multiplying rectifier)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線管用高電圧駆動装置。
- 前記X線管用高電圧駆動装置は、前記X線管のカソード端子に接続されているフィラメントに駆動電源を提供するフィラメント駆動電源部をさらに備え、
前記駆動電源部は、前記X線管のカソード端子の電圧を分圧する直列に接続された少なくとも1以上のフィラメント変圧部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線管用高電圧駆動装置。
