Claims (6)
- 軸受ハウジング(30)と、
回転可能に該軸受ハウジング(30)の内部室(31)に軸受けされているシャフト(40’)と、
摩擦圧接によって形成される溶接箇所(S’)を介して前記シャフト(40’)の長手端部(41’)と物質的に接続されており、かつ前記内部室(31)の外側でインペラ室(22)に設けられているインペラ(25’)と、
前記シャフト(40’)の円周方向に設けられており、その結果前記内部室(31)が前記インペラ室(22)に対して密閉されているパッキング(50)と、を有するターボ機械(1)であって、
前記パッキング(50)は密閉のために、互いに向かい合う2つの回転密封面(51’,52’)と協働するターボ機械において、
前記両密封面(51’,52’)の密封面(51’)の密封面材質が、前記パッキング(50)と前記インペラ(25’)との間に設けられた分離層(T’)を形成しており、
前記分離層(T’)は、前記ターボ機械(1)の駆動時に前記溶接箇所(S’)に生じる最高温度が前記インペラ(25’)の材質の溶融温度を下回るように、かつ前記パッキング(50)と前記インペラ(25’)とが接触しないように設定された厚さ寸法(D’)を有し、
前記分離層(T’)は前記シャフト(40’)の軸端部の一部であり、かつ前記分離層(T’)の前記厚さ寸法は前記シャフト(40’)の軸方向のものであることを特徴とするターボ機械(1)。 - 前記両密封面(51’,52’)は同じ密封面材質から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- 前記両密封面(51’,52’)は一緒に、前記ターボ機械(1)の唯一の密封面コンポーネントに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- 前記密封面コンポーネントは前記シャフト(40’)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- 前記溶接箇所(S’)は前記インペラ室(22)内にあるいは該インペラ室(22)に直接隣接して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- 前記厚さ寸法(D’)は前記パッキング(50)の厚さ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械(1)。
