Claims (7)
- ヒートシンクである多角形セルのセル構造であって、幾つかの壁要素を有するセル構造と、
前記セル構造により冷却されるように構成された光源と、
を有する照明装置において、前記光源は、各セルに1つずつ、前記セルのうちの少なくとも幾つかに配置され、前記光源を含む各セルは、互いに電気的に絶縁された少なくとも2つの壁要素により形成され、前記光源は前記セル構造に装着され、前記光源は少なくとも2つの壁要素に電気的に接続され、前記セル構造は前記光源に電力を供給するように構成されたことを特徴とする、照明装置。 - 前記壁要素はストリップ型であり、前記多角形セルを形成するように屈曲された、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記壁要素は、電気的に相互接続されて群を構成し、各群は共通の電源供給端子を持つ、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 相互接続部材を有し、各相互接続部材は隣接する壁要素を電気的に相互接続する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 各光源は、組み合わせられた熱的及び電気的に伝導性の接続部により前記セル構造に装着される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 多角形セルのセル構造としてヒートシンクを備えるステップであって、前記セル構造は幾つかの壁要素を有する、ステップと、
前記ヒートシンクに熱的に接触した光源を備えるステップと、
を有する、照明装置を製造する方法において、
前記セルのうち少なくとも幾つかにおいて、各セルに1つの光源を配置するステップであって、前記セルは、互いに電気的に絶縁された少なくとも2つの前記壁要素により形成されている、ステップと、
前記光源を前記セル構造に装着するステップと、
前記光源を前記セル構造に電気的に接続するステップと、
前記セル構造に電源供給端子を備えるステップと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ヒートシンクを備えるステップは、
互いに積層させて金属箔の層を配置し、これら層の間に絶縁性の接着剤の平行な線を配することにより、ヒートシンクの基部を備えるステップと、
前記ヒートシンクの基部の基部ストリップを切断するステップと、
基部ストリップの平行な非接着部を互いから離隔させ、それによりセル構造を形成するステップと、
を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
