Claims (14)
- 2つの異なる駆動モータ(2、3)の駆動力を重畳させるための重畳ギア駆動機構(6;6a;6b)と、動力分割ギア駆動機構(7;7c;7f;7g;7h)とを備えて構成される、同じ方向に回転駆動可能な2軸押出機用の駆動装置であって、
前記重畳ギア駆動機構は、前記2つの異なる駆動モータ(2、3)により回転駆動可能な2つの重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸(8、10)と、重畳ギア駆動機構出力軸(29)とを備え、
前記動力分割ギア駆動機構(7;7c;7f;7g;7h)は、前記重畳ギア駆動機構出力軸(29)にて重畳された前記駆動力を分割するものであり、2軸押出機(5)の2つのスクリュー軸(52、53)に連結可能な2つの動力分割ギア駆動機構出力軸(42、43;42f、43f;42g、43g;42h、43h)を備える、駆動装置において、
前記重畳ギア駆動機構(6;6a;6b)は、差動重畳ギア駆動機構であり、
前記差動重畳ギア駆動機構(6;6a;6b)は、差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)と、第1の回転軸心(14)周りに回転可能に前記差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)に装着された第1の傘歯車(17)と、前記第1の傘歯車(17)に対向して配置されるとともに前記第1の回転軸心(14)周りに回転可能に前記差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)に装着された第2の傘歯車(28)と、少なくとも3つの重畳傘歯車(23)と、更なるギア(19)とを備えて構成され、
前記重畳傘歯車(23)は、前記第1の回転軸心(14)に対して垂直なそれぞれの第2の回転軸心(27)周りに回転可能に前記差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)に装着され、前記第1の傘歯車(17)を前記第2の傘歯車(28)と連結し、回転対称パターンで前記第1の回転軸心(14)周りに配置され、
前記更なるギア(19)は、前記差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)に連結されていることを特徴とする、駆動装置。 - 前記更なるギア(19)は、前記差動ケージ(15;15a;15b)に配置された歯付きシステム(20;20a;20b)と係合し、特に平歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記差動重畳ギア駆動機構(6;6a;6b)は、少なくとも4つの重畳傘歯車(23)を備えて構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の傘歯車(17)と前記更なるギア(19)は、夫々、前記重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸(8、10)の一方に連結され、前記第2の傘歯車(28)は、前記重畳ギア駆動機構出力軸(29)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1と第2の傘歯車(17、28)は、夫々、前記重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸(8、10)の一方に連結され、前記更なるギア(19)は、前記重畳ギア駆動機構出力軸(29)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記差動重畳ギア駆動機構(6;6a;6b)は、前記第1の傘歯車(17)と前記第2の傘歯車(28)との間ならびに前記少なくとも3つの重畳傘歯車(23)と前記傘歯車(17、28)との間でギア比の絶対値が1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記更なるギア(19)と前記歯付きシステム(20;20a;20b)は、ギア比が1とは異なる速度調整のための調整ギア駆動機構(22)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記更なるギア(19)は、前記重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸の一方(10)に連結され、前記差動ケージ(15;15a)の速度が前記更なるギア(19)の速度よりも低くなるように、前記調整ギア駆動機構(22)を用いて速度調整が行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸の一方(8)を介して前記第1の傘歯車(17)に連結され、前記駆動モータの一方(2)の速度を低下させるための少なくとも1つの減速ギア駆動機構(54;54g)であって、特に平歯車駆動機構である、減速ギア駆動機構(54;54g)を特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記差動重畳ギア駆動機構(6)と前記動力分割ギア駆動機構(7;7h)の間に配置された速度を低下させるための少なくとも1つの減速ギア駆動機構(54e;54h)であって、特に平歯車駆動機構である、減速ギア駆動機構(54e;54h)を特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記動力分割ギア駆動機構(7;7c)は、第1の動力分割ギア(36;36c)を載置した動力分割ギア駆動機構入力軸(32)を備え、前記第1の動力分割ギア(36;36c)は、前記動力分割ギア駆動機構出力軸(42、43)に配置された2つの第2の動力分割ギア(38、39)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の動力分割ギア(36)は、外歯システム(37)を有する平歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の動力分割ギア(36c)は、内歯システム(37c)を有する中空ギアであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の駆動装置。
- 2軸押出機装置であって:
− 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の駆動装置(4;4a〜4h)と;
− 前記駆動装置(4;4a〜4h)の第1の重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸(8)に連結された主駆動モータ(2)と;
− 前記駆動装置(4;4a〜4h)の第2の重畳ギア駆動機構入力軸(10)に連結された補助駆動モータ(3)と;
− 前記駆動装置(4;4a〜4h)の2つの動力分割ギア駆動機構出力軸(42、43;42f、43f;42g、43g;42h、43h)に連結されるとともに同じ方向に駆動可能なスクリュー軸(52、53)を有する2軸押出機(5)と;を備える、2軸押出機装置。
