Description
Claims (3)
- 一方の端部にブレードを有し、かつ他方の端部にタングを有する外科用やすり器具の外科用やすりであって、前記外科用やすりは、切削面を提供する上面と、滑らかな下面と、を有するほぼ平らな本体と、
前記ブレードと平行に配置され、該ブレードと同じ幅に設けられた、ほぼ平坦な本体を有する案内/遮蔽部と、
前記案内/遮蔽部の平坦な本体の中央部に長手方向に形成され、前記外科用やすりを連続的な直線上に保持するように、長手方向軸に沿って前記滑らかな下面に接触するくぼみと、を備えており、
前記くぼみは、前記滑らかな下面と接触する頂部を含み、
前記頂部の両側から前記案内/遮蔽部の平坦な本体に向かって側壁が直線状に延在しており、
前記案内/遮蔽部の平坦な本体の側縁部が、長手方向に延在するとともに、前記滑らかな下面に接触するように、前記頂部よりも低い高さまで前記平坦な本体から上向きに曲げられていることを特徴とする外科用やすり。 - 外科用やすりアセンブリと共に運動変換器を含む外科用やすり器具であって、
前記外科用やすりアセンブリは、外側管状ケーシングと、中実のプラスチック製ロッドインサートと、一端にブレードを有するとともに他端にタングを有し、遠位端が前記中実のプラスチック製ロッドインサートの遠位端を超えて延び、かつ他端において前記タングが前記中実のプラスチック製ロッドインサートを超えて延在する前記外科用やすりと、
前記遠位端において前記ブレードの案内/遮蔽部を定める前記外側管状ケーシングの平坦部と、
前記ブレードに設けられた滑らかな下面と、
前記平坦部の中央部に形成され、かつ該平坦部まで延在する直線状の側壁を有するとともに、前記滑らかな下面と接触する頂部を定める長手方向に延在するくぼみと、
回転運動を生じさせるバッテリ式のモータと、を備えており、
前記運動変換器は、前記モータに回転可能に接続された遊星ギア装置と、
前記遊星ギア装置に動作可能に接続されたカムスロットを備えるカムと、
前記カムに隣接して配置されたドラムと、
前記ドラムに往復運動を与えるように前記スロットに動作可能に接続された従動子と、
前記ドラムに設けられ、かつ前記外科用やすりに往復運動を与えるように前記タングに連結された連結器と、を備えており、
前記くぼみは、往復運動状態において前記ブレードを線上に維持するとともにぐらつかないようにし、
前記平坦部の側縁部は、前記滑らかな下面と接触するように前記頂部よりも低い高さまで前記平坦な本体から上向きに整形されていることを特徴とする外科用やすり器具。 - 前記遊星ギア装置用のケーシングを含み、
前記遊星ギア装置のスラスト負荷を吸収するために、一対のピンが前記ケーシングから前記カムに形成された環状スロット内に延在していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の外科用やすり器具。
