Claims (9)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(EGT)の軸受ハウジング(1)であって、
取付穴(2)を有し、
前記取付穴(2)に配置される2つの軸受ブッシュ(4、5)を有する軸受装置(3)を有し、前記軸受ブッシュの間にスペーサー(6)が配置され、
前記スペーサー(6)のセンサー凹部(8)内に係合する回転速度センサー(7)を有し、
ピン穴(10)内にねじ留めされる配置ピン(9)を有し、前記配置ピンのピンヘッド(12)が前記スペーサー(6)のピン凹部(11)内に係合し、
前記ピン凹部(11)がスロットとして形成され、
前記ピン凹部(11)及び前記センサー凹部(8)が直径方向に互いに対向して配置される、
軸受ハウジング。 - 前記センサー凹部(8)がスロットとして形成される、請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記ピン凹部(11)及び前記センサー凹部(8)が軸方向に対称的に形成される、請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記スペーサー(6)が、互いに直径方向に対向して配置された対称的に形成された2つのオイル供給穴及びオイル放出穴(13、14)を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記配置ピン(9)が、前記ピンヘッド(12)に隣接するねじ付き部分(9A)を有するねじとして設計される、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記配置ピン(9)が、内部に位置するシリンダヘッドねじとして形成される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 前記回転速度センサー(7)が、セルフロックねじ山を有するねじ付き部分(19)を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング。
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ軸受装置(3)のスペーサー(6)であって、
円筒状本体(18)を有し、
前記本体(18)の片側にセンサー凹部(8)を有し、
前記センサー凹部(8)の直径方向に対向して配置された前記本体(18)の側にピン凹部(11)を有し、
オイル供給穴(13)を有し、前記オイル供給穴の直径方向に対向してオイル放出穴(14)が配置され、
前記ピン凹部(11)がスロットとして形成され、
前記ピン凹部(11)及び前記センサー凹部(8)が直径方向に互いに対向して配置される、
スペーサー。 - 前記センサー凹部(8)がスロットとして形成される、請求項8に記載のスペーサー。
