Claims (16)
- 組織の中に生体ユニットを移植するための装置であって、
ロボットアームと1又はそれ以上の制御機構を有するロボットシステムと、
内部を通る管孔を有する生体ユニット除去ツールであって、前記ロボットアームに接続され、体から除去すべき前記生体ユニット上に前記除去ツールが配置されるよう前記ロボットアームにより操作される、生体ユニット除去ツールと、
内部を通る管孔を有する移植ツールであって、前記ロボットアームに接続され、前記ロボットアームにより操作される、移植ツールと、
生体ユニットを保持するような大きさにそれぞれ構成された複数の受け部を有するカートリッジと、
を具えており、
前記1又はそれ以上の制御機構が、自動的に:
(1)選択されたカートリッジ受け部を前記除去ツールの管孔と整列させて、前記除去ツールから前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部の中に前記生体ユニットを進め、
(2)前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部を前記移植ツールの管孔と整列させて、前記選択された受け部から前記移植ツールの管孔を通して前記組織の中に前記生体ユニットを進める、
よう構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記カートリッジが、略円筒形又は円盤形状であり、円筒軸方向に沿って厚さを有し、
前記複数の受け部が、前記カートリッジの外周に沿った少なくとも1の円形配列のパターン、整列された列または円形のパターン、密集した行列、ランダムのパターン、又は特定の順番のパターンで配列されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、
さらに、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部を通過するよう配置された閉塞具を具えており、
前記制御機構が、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部を通過するよう前記閉塞具の進路を向けて、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部から前記生体ユニットを前進させることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
さらに、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部を通して圧力差が生じており、
前記制御機構が、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部を通して圧力差を生じさせ、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部から前記生体ユニットを前進させることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記生体ユニットが植毛であり、前記受け部が前記植毛をぴったりと受けるよう寸法調整されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記生体ユニットが移植用の皮膚ユニット又は組織であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、少なくとも1の前記複数の受け部が、吸引源から前記受け部内部に形成される最大吸引力を制限する圧力解放構造を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記圧力解放構造が、1又はそれ以上のノッチを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記カートリッジが、使い捨て可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記カートリッジが、許容性媒体を具えており、ロボットシステムに取り外し可能に受けられるよう構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記複数の受け部のうちの少なくとも1の受け部が、生体ユニット保護溶液を含んでいることを特徴とする装置。
- 組織の中に生体ユニットを移植するための装置であって、
ロボットアームと1又はそれ以上の制御機構を有するロボットシステムと、
内部を通る管孔を有する移植ツールであって、前記ロボットアームに接続され、前記ロボットアームにより操作される、移植ツールと、
生体ユニットを保持するような大きさにそれぞれ構成された複数の受け部と、前記複数の受け部のうちの多数の受け部を延在しカバーする許容性媒体と、を有するカートリッジと、
を具えており、
前記制御機構が、選択されたカートリッジ受け部を前記移植ツールの管孔と自動的に整列させて、前記選択されたカートリッジ受け部から前記移植ツールの管孔を通して前記組織の中に前記生体ユニットを進めるよう構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置において、
さらに、圧力差が前記許容性媒体にわたって適用された時に、前記生体ユニットが前記選択された受け部の外に押し出されるよう、前記許容性媒体が気体または液体が通過可能な媒体または穿孔可能な媒体を具えて構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置において、
前記複数の受け部のうちの少なくとも1の前記受け部の第2の端部の圧力が、一時的に又は恒久的に前記許容性媒体を穿孔することによって、前記許容性媒体を通して前記少なくとも1の前記受け部の前記第2の端部の中に、低圧源を提供するプローブを導入することにより、第1の端部に対して低減しており、これによって、前記選択された受け部から前記生体ユニットが押し出されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置において、
前記許容性媒体が、前記受け部が2回以上再利用され得るように、穿孔されたときに再封止可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、
前記生体ユニットが植毛であり、
前記受け部が、前記植毛をぴったりと受けるよう寸法調整されることを特徴とする装置。
