Claims (4)
- 冷却塔水の処理方法であって、
(a)電解装置であって、
電解槽と、
電解槽に配置された1対のそれぞれ陽極及び陰極として作用する電極と、
陽極と陰極の間に配置されたセルユニットであって、バイポーラ膜エレメント及び少なくとも1つのカチオン交換膜を有し、バイポーラ膜エレメントがカチオン交換側及びアニオン交換側を有し、カチオン交換側がアニオン交換側より陰極に近く、カチオン交換膜がバイポーラ膜エレメントのアニオン交換側と陽極の間に配置され、バイポーラ膜エレメントとカチオン交換膜の間にアルカリ室を画成するようにし、カチオン交換膜が選択性である、セルユニットと、
陰極とバイポーラ膜エレメントのカチオン交換側の間のアニオン交換膜であって、アニオン交換膜とバイポーラ膜エレメントの間に酸室が画成され、選択性である、アニオン交換膜と、
陰極とアニオン交換膜の間に画成された第1塩水室及び陽極とカチオン交換膜の間に画成された第2塩水室と、
フィード流れを第1塩水室に供給する第1入口、フィード流れを第2塩水室に供給する第2入口、フィード流れを酸室に供給する第3入口及びフィード流れをアルカリ室に供給する第4入口と
を備える電解装置を用意する工程と、
(b)冷却塔補給水、冷却塔ブローダウン水又は低品質水で構成されるフィード流れを受け取って、2価イオン流れ及び1価イオン流れを排出する選択性膜であって、2価イオン流れが沈殿タンクに供給され、1価イオン流れが第1塩水室及び第2塩水室に供給され、酸室及びアルカリ室にH 2 Oフィード流れが供給され、酸室が酸溶液を生成し、アルカリ室がアルカリ溶液を生成する、選択性膜を用意する工程と、
(c)第1及び第2塩水室の内容物の少なくとも一部を沈殿タンクに誘導する工程と、
(d)アルカリ溶液の少なくとも一部を沈殿タンクに誘導して、沈殿タンク中のpHを増加して沈殿物を形成させる工程と、
(e)沈殿タンクから沈殿物を除去する工程と、
(f)沈殿タンク中の処理済水を取り出す工程と
を含んでいて、酸溶液の少なくとも一部をフィード流れとして酸室に戻す、方法。 - アルカリ溶液の少なくとも一部をフィード流れとしてアルカリ室に戻す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 沈殿物を沈殿タンクから除去した後、沈殿タンク中の処理済水を冷却塔に戻す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 酸溶液の一部を冷却塔に供給する、請求項1記載の方法。
