Claims (11)
- 使用者の入力によって設定された休電計画に従って休電が計画される仮想の系統に対するトポロジ変更を行い、前記の変更されたトポロジに対して故障計算及び想定故障解釈を介して設定された休電計画に対する系統運営基準の適合性を判断して、前記の判断された適合性に基づいて休電計画を承認する制御部、及び
前記制御部の制御によって、前記休電計画を保存する第1保存部を含み、
前記故障計算は、故障に対する設備の故障時の隣接設備に及ぼす故障電流や故障電圧を計算することを含み、
前記想定故障解釈は、電力システムを構成する設備に対して仮想に故障を起こした際、前記電力システムに及ぼす影響を計算し、前記計算結果に従って電圧違反、位相差違反を判別し、判別結果によりアラームを行うことを含み、
前記制御部は、全体系統の故障計算を介して設定された線路遮断の遮断容量と、前記休電計画に従って実行した故障計算結果とを比較し、前記の比較結果と、前記想定故障解釈の結果に従って前記適合性を判断することを特徴とする、休電管理装置。 - 前記制御部の制御によって前記休電計画及び前記休電計画の承認の可否を表示するディスプレイ部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の休電管理装置。
- 前記制御部が休電計画を承認した場合、該休電計画をネットワークを介して伝送する伝送部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の休電管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記休電計画を系統に適用してトポロジ変更を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の休電管理装置。
- 前記制御部は、系統において休電された部分を除いて、前記系統を再構成してトポロジ変更を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の休電管理装置。
- 使用者が休電計画を入力する使用者入力部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の休電管理装置。
- 前記使用者入力部を介して使用者が休電する設備を設定した場合、前記制御部は、休電計画設定のために関係する地域の線路遮断器及びラインスイッチを選定することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の休電管理装置。
- 前記設備と、前記線路遮断器及び前記ラインスイッチと関連した情報を保存する第2保存部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の休電管理装置。
- 制御部を含むEMSの休電管理装置の休電管理方法として、
前記制御部により、使用者の入力によって設定された休電計画に従って休電が計画される仮想の系統に対するトポロジ変更を行う段階と、
前記の変更されたトポロジに対して故障計算及び想定故障解釈を介して設定された休電計画に対する系統運営基準の適合性判断を行う段階と、
前記の判断された適合性に基づいて休電を承認する段階を含み、
前記故障計算は故障に対する設備の故障時の隣接設備に及ぼす故障電流や故障電圧を計算することを含み、
前記想定故障解釈は、電力システムを構成する設備に対して仮想に故障を起こした際、前記電力システムに及ぼす影響を計算し、前記計算結果に従って電圧違反、位相差違反を判別し、判別結果によりアラームを行うことを含み、
前記の適合性を判断する段階は、全体系統の故障計算を介して設定された線路遮断の遮断容量と、前記休電計画に従って実行した故障計算の結果とを比較し、前記の比較結果と、前記想定故障解釈の結果に従って前記適合性を判断することを含むことを特徴とする、休電管理方法。 - 前記制御部によって、使用者が休電する設備を設定すると、休電計画設定のために関係する地域の線路遮断器及びラインスイッチを指定して、休電計画を設定する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の休電管理方法。
- 前記トポロジ変更は、前記休電計画 を休電が計画される仮想の系統に適用することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の休電管理方法。
