Claims (4)
- 鋼を備えるベアリングコンポーネント(10)であって、前記鋼が、0.70〜1.20質量%の炭素、0.05〜1.5質量%のシリコン、0.15〜0.50質量%のマンガン、0.5〜2.5質量%のクロム、0.10〜1.5質量%のモリブデン、最大0.25質量%のバナジウムを含有する組成を有し、前記鋼が、質量で10〜30ppmのCa、最大20ppmのS、及び最大15ppmのOを備えるとともに硫化物介在物を含有し、残部が鉄からなり、前記硫化物介在物の5%未満が酸化物介在物を含有し、前記酸化物介在物が内包されているか又は埋め込まれている形態であることを特徴とする、ベアリングコンポーネント(10)。
- 前記鋼は、10〜30ppmのCa、最大20ppmのS、及び最大10ppmのOを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベアリングコンポーネント(10)。
- 前記鋼は、10〜30ppmのCa、最大20ppmのS、及び最大8ppmのOを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベアリングコンポーネント(10)。
- ボールベアリング、ローラーベアリング、ボールスラストベアリング、ローラースラストベアリング、先細ローラースラストベアリング、ボールねじ、又は、転がり接触若しくは組み合わされた転がりと滑りのような交互のヘルツ応力にかけられる用途用のコンポーネントのうちの1つの少なくとも一部分を構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のベアリングコンポーネント(10)。
