Claims (5)
- 互いに相対移動可能な二つの部材の一方に温度測定装置を設けるステップaと、
二つの前記部材を相対移動させ、前記温度測定装置により測定された温度の時間推移に伴う変化を記録し、初期温度上昇曲線を得るステップbと、
二つの前記部材を相対移動させ、前記温度測定装置により測定された温度の時間推移に伴う変化を記録し、測定温度上昇曲線を得るステップcと、
前記初期温度上昇曲線と前記測定温度上昇曲線を比較し、二つの前記部材において、前記ステップbを行う時の予圧力に対する前記ステップcを行う時の予圧力の予圧残存率を得るステップdと、を含むことを特徴とする予圧残存率を測定する方法。 - 前記ステップbでの前記二つの部材の相対移動速度と、前記ステップcでの前記二つの部材の相対移動速度が同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予圧残存率を測定する方法。
- 前記ステップbでは、前記初期温度上昇曲線を用いて初期温度上昇率を算出し、
前記ステップcでは、前記測定温度上昇曲線を用いて測定温度上昇率を算出し、
前記ステップdでの予圧残存率は、前記測定温度上昇率と前記初期温度上昇率の比であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予圧残存率を測定する方法。 - 前記初期温度上昇曲線および前記測定温度上昇曲線は、それぞれ直線に近いリニア区間を有し、
前記測定温度上昇率および前記初期温度上昇率は、それぞれ前記初期温度上昇曲線および前記測定温度上昇曲線の前記リニア区間の傾斜率であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の予圧残存率を測定する方法。 - 二つの前記部材のうち、一方がナットであり、他方がボルトであり、
前記ナットは、一つの外周面、および前記外周面から前記ボルト側に向いて凹む取付孔を有し、
前記温度測定装置は前記取付孔に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予圧残存率を測定する方法。
