Claims (19)
- 全体が皮下に植設され、完全に皮膚表面の下に位置する血管アクセスポートであって、該血管アクセスポートは、
縦方向及び横方向に拡がるベース部を有し、該ベース部は前記横方向に湾曲し、前記血管アクセスポートを血管に取付ける際に血管壁の形状に合致し、前記ベース部の縦方向は、前記血管アクセスポートを前記血管に取付ける際に前記血管の内腔と実質的に平行となり、
前記血管アクセスポートを通って延び、前記ベース部内に開口部を画定する誘導通路を有し、該誘導通路を通って延びる中心軸線がベース部の縦方向長さに対して鋭角を形成し、前記鋭角は前記血管アクセスポートの前端に対して前方を向き、
前記誘導通路は前記開口部に向けて大きさが減少する漏斗部を有し、
前記誘導通路は、閉鎖装置を備えておらず、
前記ベース部上に内部成長誘導カバーを有し、該内部成長誘導カバーの少なくとも一部が、前記誘導通路の前記開口部と前記血管アクセスポートの前端の間に位置し、前記内部成長誘導カバーは、前記血管に対する前記血管アクセスポートの付着を促して、前記誘導通路の前記開口部を、前記血管壁に対して定められた位置で保持する、血管アクセスポート。 - 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、
前記内部成長誘導カバーが、前記誘導通路の前記開口部を取り囲む、血管アクセスポート。 - 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、さらに前記誘導通路の前記開口部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むフランジを有し、前記フランジは1つ以上の取付け通路を有し、1つ以上の取付け部材がそこを通過して延びて前記血管アクセスポートを血管に取付ける、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項3記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記フランジが前記血管アクセスポートの前端に取付け通路を有する、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項3記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記フランジは、ベース部を通って延びる複数の取付け通路を有し、前記取付け通路が、前記内部成長誘導カバーに覆われた付着領域の外周部を画定する、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項5記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記誘導通路の開口部が前記付着領域内にあるものとする、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記内部成長誘導カバーは前記血管アクセスポートのベース部の底面に制限され、血管アクセスポートの上部は滑らかで、血管アクセスポートの上部で筋膜の内部成長を防ぐ、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記内部成長誘導カバーは、平均直径が約1000分の5インチ以下の複数のチタンビーズを備える、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記血管アクセスポートの高さが、前記ベース部の幅の約0.5倍以上であるものとする、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記誘導通路の中心軸線と、前記ベース部の縦方向長さとの間の前記鋭角が、約60度以下であるものとする、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、血管の少なくとも一部を取囲んで前記血管アクセスポートを前記血管に固定する、グラフト拡張部材、ハウジング、又はパッチをさらに備える、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項1記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、血管に取付けられる前記血管アクセスポートの一部が第1吸収性材料を有する、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項12記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記誘導通路が非吸収性材料又は、前記第1吸収性材料よりも吸収速度の遅い第2吸収性材料を有する、血管アクセスポート。
- 全体が皮下に植設され、完全に皮膚表面の下に位置する血管アクセスポートにおいて、
縦方向及び横方向に拡がるベース部を有し、該ベース部は前記横方向に湾曲し、前記血管アクセスポートを血管に取付ける際に血管壁の形状に合致し、前記ベース部の縦方向は、前記血管アクセスポートを前記血管に取付ける際に前記血管の内腔と実質的に平行になり、
前記血管アクセスポートを通って延びる誘導通路を有し、該誘導通路によって定められる中心軸線がベース部の縦方向長さに対して鋭角を形成し、前記鋭角は前記血管アクセスポートの前端に対して前方を向き、
前記誘導通路は前記開口部に向けて大きさが減少する漏斗部を有し、
前記誘導通路は、閉鎖装置を備えておらず、
前記誘導通路の前方に設けられた取付け通路を有し、該取付け通路を通って取付けデバイスが延びることで、前記血管アクセスポートを血管に直接結合可能にし、アクセスデバイスが前記誘導通路に向けて、又は前記誘導通路を通って前進するときに前記血管に対する前記血管アクセスポートの前方への移動を抑制し、
該血管アクセスポートが患者の皮下に植設された状態で、該血管アクセスポートの位置及び方向を確認するための触診用突出部を有する、血管アクセスポート。 - 請求項14記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記取付けデバイスは、縫合糸、ピンチリング、フック、及びワイヤの内の何れか1つを含む、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項14記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記誘導通路は前記ベース部の底面内に開口部を画定する、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項14記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、前記誘導通路は、導管部に向けて大きさが減少する漏斗部を有し、前記漏斗部は前記導管部の後方に位置するものとする、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項14記載の血管アクセスポートにおいて、さらに前記血管アクセスポートの後端に追加の取付け通路を有する、血管アクセスポート。
- 請求項14記載の血管アクセスポートを備えたキットにおいて、1つ以上の縫合糸、人工グラフト、及び1つ以上の付加的な血管アクセスポートを備える、キット。
