Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスと酸素含有ガスとで発電を行なう固体酸化物形の燃料電池セルを含む第1の発電部と、
該第1の発電部で生じる熱を利用して発電を行なう熱電変換モジュールを含む第2の発電部と、
前記第1の発電部および前記第2の発電部により発電された電力が入力されて、負荷に出力する電力調整装置と、
前記第1の発電部を作動させるための補機と、
前記第1の発電部と、前記第2の発電部と、前記電力調整装置とを制御する制御装置とを備える燃料電池装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記燃料電池装置の運転停止時において、
前記燃料電池装置と前記外部負荷とを解列した後、前記第1の発電部と前記補機との接続を解列し、続いて前記第2の発電部の電力が、前記補機を稼働させるための電力未満か否かを判定し、その判定結果に基づいて第2の発電部または系統電源と前記補機とを接続し、さらに前記燃料電池セルの温度が第1の所定温度未満となった場合に、前記第2の発電部または前記系統電源と前記補機の1つである原燃料供給手段とを解列する制御を行なうことを特徴とする燃料電池装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池セルの温度が第1の所定温度未満の場合に、前記第2の発電部または前記系統電源と前記補機の1つである酸素含有ガス供給手段との接続を継続するとともに、さらに前記燃料電池セルの温度が、第2の所定温度未満となった場合に、前記第2の発電部または前記系統電源と前記酸素含有ガス供給手段とを解列する制御を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記酸素含有ガス供給手段との接続を継続した後、前記第2の発電部の電力が、前記補機を稼働させるための電力未満となった場合に、前記第2の発電部と前記酸素含有ガス供給手段とを解列して、系統電源と前記酸素含有ガス供給手段とを接続する制御を行なうことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池装置の運転停止時において、前記燃料電池セルの温度が第1の所定温度未満となった場合に、前記第2の発電部または前記系統電源と前記補機のすべてとを解列する制御を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池装置。
