Description
本工程では、第1のイオン伝導体および触媒を混合して、第1のインクを調製する。
本工程では、上記の混合工程で得られた第1のインクを濃縮する。これにより、第1のイオン伝導体中の溶媒量が減り、第1のイオン伝導体が触媒に定着し、後述の第2のイオン伝導体の添加時に前記第1のイオン伝導体の再溶解が起こりにくくなる。したがって、第1のイオン伝導体の触媒成分からの離脱が生じ難くなり、目的とする2層のアイオノマ層を有する触媒を効率良く得ることができる。
本工程では、濃縮した前記第1のインクに第2のイオン伝導体を添加し、2層のアイオノマ層で被覆された触媒を含む触媒インクを得る。

Claims (4)
- 第1のイオン伝導体と触媒とを混合して第1のインクを調製し、
前記第1のインクを固形分濃度が25〜90質量%になるように濃縮し、
濃縮した前記第1のインクに第2のイオン伝導体を添加することを有する、触媒インクの調製方法。 - 第1のイオン伝導体と触媒とを混合して第1のインクを調製し、
前記第1のインクを濃縮し、
濃縮した前記第1のインクに第2のイオン伝導体を添加することを有し、
前記第2のイオン伝導体を添加する前に、濃縮した前記第1のインクを、前記第1のイオン伝導体が被覆された前記触媒の粒子径の分布の体積平均径および前記第1のイオン伝導体が被覆された前記触媒の粒子径の分布の面積平均径の少なくとも一方を、濃縮工程前の前記第1のインクと同じかまたは小さくなる条件下で攪拌する、触媒インクの調製方法。 - 前記第1のインクの濃縮は、固形分濃度が25〜90質量%になるように行う、請求項2に記載の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の調製方法により得られる触媒インクを用いる、電極触媒の製造方法。
