Claims (12)
- 複数の半導体発光デバイスを有する回路であって、前記半導体発光デバイスが、直列に接続されて列を構成し、前記列は、該列の第1の端部に陽極端子を含むと共に前記列の第2の端部に陰極端子を含む、前記回路と、
前記列の第1の発光デバイスの一端と前記列の終端との間に直接接続され、前記第1の発光デバイスを流れる電流の少なくとも一部をバイパスするようになっている第1の構成可能なシャントと、
前記列の第2の発光デバイスの一端と、前記第1の構成可能なシャントと同じ前記列の終端との間に直接接続され、前記第1の発光デバイスと前記第2の発光デバイスを流れる電流の少なくとも一部をバイパスするようになっている第2の構成可能なシャントと、
前記第1及び第2の構成可能なシャントに並列に接続されるサーミスタ、可調整抵抗、可変抵抗の少なくとも1つを備え、
前記サーミスタ、可調整抵抗、可変抵抗の少なくとも1つは、前記第1及び第2の構成可能なシャントとは異なるものである半導体照明装置。 - 前記半導体発光デバイスは直列に接続されて列を構成し、前記列が、該列の第1の端部の陽極端子及び該列の第2の端部の陰極端子を含み、
前記第1の構成可能なシャントが、前記半導体発光デバイスの1つの接点と前記列の陰極端子又は陽極端子との間に接続される、請求項1に記載の半導体照明装置。 - 前記半導体発光デバイスの各々が陽極接点及び陰極接点を含み、前記半導体発光デバイスの各々の前記陽極接点が、前記列の隣接する半導体発光デバイスの前記陰極接点又は前記列の前記陽極端子に接続され、前記半導体発光デバイスの各々の前記陰極接点が、前記列の隣接する半導体発光デバイスの前記陽極接点又は前記列の前記陰極端子に接続される、請求項2に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 前記構成可能なシャントが、電気的に制御可能なスイッチを備え、前記半導体照明装置が、前記スイッチに接続され、前記スイッチのON/OFF状態を電気的に制御するようになった制御回路を更に備え、
前記半導体照明装置が、前記制御回路に接続され、外部入力を受信してこれに応答して前記制御回路へ切替指令を与えるように構成されたインターフェースを更に備え、前記制御回路が、前記切替指令に応答して前記スイッチのON/OFF状態を制御するようになっている、請求項3に記載の半導体照明装置。 - 前記半導体発光デバイスのそれぞれの1つの接点と、前記列の陰極端子又は陽極端子との間に接続された複数の構成可能なシャントを更に備える、請求項2に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 前記半導体発光デバイスが、直列に接続された半導体発光デバイスの各グループを備え、前記直列に接続された半導体発光デバイスの各グループが、前記列の前記陽極接点と前記列の前記陰極接点との間に直列に接続され、前記構成可能なシャントが前記直列に接続された半導体発光デバイスの各グループと前記列の陰極端子又は陽極端子との間に接続される、請求項5に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 半導体発光デバイスの少なくとも2つのグループが、異なる数の半導体発光デバイスを備え、
半導体発光デバイスの第1のグループが、前記列の前記陰極端子に直接接続されて第1の数の半導体発光デバイスを含み、半導体発光デバイスの第2のグループが前記列の前記陰極端子に直接接続されず第2の数の半導体発光デバイスを含み、前記第1の数は前記第2の数と等しくない、請求項6に記載の半導体照明装置。 - 前記列に対して直列に接続されるサーミスタ及び可変抵抗の少なくとも1つを更に備える、請求項6に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 前記列が、第1の色度の光を放出するようになった発光ダイオードの第1の列を備え、前記第1の色度とは異なる第2の色度の光を放出するようになった発光デバイスの第2の列を更に備える、請求項2に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 前記第2の構成可能なシャントが、前記第2の列の少なくとも1つの発光デバイスを流れる該第2の列の少なくとも一部の電流をバイパスするようになっている、請求項9に記載の半導体照明装置。
- 直列に接続された半導体発光デバイスの列を含み、前記列が該列の第1の端部にある陽極端子及び該列の第2の端部にある陰極端子を含む、半導体照明装置を作動させる方法であって、
前記列に基準電流を流す段階と、
前記基準電流に応じて前記列から出力される光の色及び/又は強度を計測する段階と、
第1及び第2の構成可能なシャントを準備する段階であって、前記第1の構成可能なシャントが、前記半導体発光デバイスのうちの第1の半導体発光デバイスの一端と、前記列の終端との間に接続され、電圧が前記列の陽極端子と陰極端子の間に与えられるときに、前記半導体発光デバイスのうちの前記第1の半導体発光デバイスを電気的にバイパスするように構成され、前記第2の構成可能なシャントが、前記半導体発光デバイスのうちの第2の半導体発光デバイスの一端と、前記第1の構成可能なシャントと同じ前記列の終端との間に接続され、前記第1の半導体発光デバイスと前記第2の半導体発光デバイスを流れる電流の少なくとも一部をバイパスするように構成されている、前記第1及び第2の構成可能なシャントを準備する段階と、
前記列から出力される光の前記測定された色及び/又は強度に基づいて、前記第1又は第2の構成可能なシャントを駆動させる段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記列が、可視スペクトルの第1の部分の主波長をもつ光りを放出するようになっている半導体発光デバイスの第1の列を備え、
前記半導体照明装置が、可視スペクトルの前記第1の部分とは異なる第2の部分の主波長をもつ光りを放出するようになっている半導体発光デバイスの第2の列を更に備え、前記方法は、
第2の列に第2の基準電流を流す段階を更に含み、前記出力される光の色及び/又は強度を計測する段階は、前記基準電流及び前記第2の基準電流に応じて前記第1の列及び前記第2の列から出力される光の色及び/又は強度を計測する段階を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
