Abstract

一种具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,主要是令复数的发光二极管采串联连接以构成灯串,灯串两端连接电源而构成回路;其中:灯串上的每一发光二极管分别于两端并联一旁路元件,该旁路元路可为一导通电压高于发光二极管的稳压二极管;借此,当灯串上任一发光二极管损坏时,电流依旧仍能经由该发光二极管上的旁路元件通过,而维持电源回路的导通,从而确保灯串在有发光二极管损坏的状况下依然能正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串。
背景技术
由于发光二极管具有低耗电、长寿命等优点,且目前各种色光的发光二极管被相继的开发问世,使发光二极管运用在照明用途的脚步进一步加快。尽管发光二极管具备运用在照明用途的基本条件及某些优势,但单颗发光二极管仍不足以应付一般的照明功能,因此必须同时使用较大数量的发光二极管,而与灯泡连接的原理相同,采用串联方式连接灯串,可加大电压,若单颗发光二极管的导通电压为1.8V,若串接5颗,该灯串导通电压即变成9V,可由一9V电源直接驱动。但采取串联方式连接却存在一严重的潜在问题:即由于所有发光二极管都串接在同一电源回路上,当其中有任一发光二极管损坏时,其回路随即中断,其它发光二极管即使完好如初,该灯串依然无法正常工作。
由上述可知,当发光二极管灯串采取串联方式连接时,必须解决当中有任一发光二极管损坏即造成回路中断使整个灯串无法正常工作的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,其令一采取串联方式连接的发光二极管灯串即使有发光二极管损坏时,仍可确保其它发光二极管正常工作。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,包括有:一灯串,是由数个发光二极管以串联方式相互连接,灯串两端与电源连接,以构成回路;其特征在于,还设有数个旁路元件,以一对一方式采取并联分别跨接在每一发光二极管的两端,各旁路元件是一稳压二极管,其导通电压大于所并联发光二极管的导通电压。
前述具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,其中数个发光二极管分别为不同色光的发光二极管,其分别具有不同的导通电压。
本发明利用前述在串联回路中每一发光二极管的两端分别并联一旁路元件的方式,在回路上所有发光二极管都正常时,因发光二极管的导通电压低于旁路元件,所以电源电流优先通过发光二极管使其导通并点亮,一旦有发光二极管损坏时,则电流即不经发光二极管,改由旁路元件通过,以维持回路不中断,使灯串仍能正常工作。
前述数个发光二极管分别为可产生不同色光的发光二极管,其分别具有不同的导通电压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本发明一较佳实施例的详细电路图,主要是由一灯串10与数个旁路元件20组成;其中:
该灯串10是由数个发光二极管11以串联方式相互连接,灯串10两端是供与电源连接以构成回路;该数个发光二极管11可为同一色光而具有相同的导通电压,亦可为可产生不同色光的发光二极管,当发光二极管11可产生不同色光时,其导通电压亦有不同,在本实施例中,灯串10上各发光二极管11为不同色光。
前述各旁路元件20是以一对一方式分别并联在每一发光二极管11的两端,在本实施例中,该旁路元件20是由一稳压二极管构成,该稳压二极管可以有不同的崩溃电压,至于如何选择其崩溃电压,视其所并联发光二极管的导通电压而定,更具体而言,为使灯串10在一般状况下仍能正常运作,每一旁路元件20的导通电压必须大于所并联发光二极管11的导通电压;而如前所述,在本实施例中,灯串10是由不同色光的发光二极管11串接组成,故每一发光二极管11的导通电压不尽相同,故构成前述旁路元件20的稳压二极管,其崩溃电压即分别配合且大于所并联的发光二极管11。
由上述说明可了解本发明一较佳实施例的详细构造,现将其工作方式叙述如下:
当灯串10串联回路中的每一发光二极管11都正常时,因发光二极管11的导通电压小于旁路元件20的导通电压,故电源电流势必由阻抗较低的发光二极管11通过,回路上的所有发光二极管11因而一一导通并点亮,一旦有发光二极管11损坏时,因电源电压大于旁路元件20的崩溃电压,故旁路元件20导通,电源回路不中断,而灯串10仍能正常工作。
由上述可知,本发明是在串联灯串的每一发光二极管上并联一旁路元件,可使发光二极管正常时,电流循原来的回路通过,一旦发光二极管损坏,则由旁路元件提供旁路的导通路径,使电源回路不会因局部发光二极管损坏而中断,确保灯串在少数发光二极管损坏时仍能正常工作。更进一步而言,当采用稳压二极管作为旁路元件,由于其具备稳压特性,而可使回路上即使有发光二极管损坏,仍能维持电压稳定,具有高度的安全性。

Claims (2)

1.一种具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,包括有:
一灯串,是由数个发光二极管以串联方式相互连接,灯串两端与电源连接,以构成回路;其特征在于,还设有
数个旁路元件,以一对一方式采取并联分别跨接在每一发光二极管的两端,各旁路元件是一稳压二极管,其导通电压大于所并联发光二极管的导通电压。
2.根据权利要求1所述具导通确保措施的发光二极管灯串,其特征在于所述数个发光二极管分别为不同色光的发光二极管,其分别具有不同的导通电压。
