Description
Claims (27)
- 水中リニア発電機(2)用の固定子フレーム(12)であって、金属製の筒体を含み、前記筒体には、固定子パッケージ(19)を前記筒体の内壁に取り付けるための取り付け手段(13、14、15、16)が設けられており、前記筒体は、前記リニア発電機(2)が組み立てられた際に、前記リニア発電機(2)の外周壁を構成し、
前記取り付け手段(13、14、15、16)は、前記筒体の内壁に設けられた、軸方向に離間配置された複数の取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)を含み、前記各取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)は、周方向に延びており、前記各取り付けプロファイルは、前記固定子パッケージを受容するための第1グループの受容スロット(14)を含み、前記受容スロット(14)同士は、径方向内側に突出する突起によって互いに離隔されており、1つの前記取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)におけるすべての前記受容スロット(14)は、他の前記取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)における前記受容スロット(14)と、軸方向に整列しており、
前記各取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)は、当該固定子フレーム(12)内で軸方向に往復移動できるように並進部材(6)をガイドするガイド手段(20、21)を受容するための、第2グループの受容スロット(15)を含む、固定子フレーム。 - 前記各取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)は、周方向に延びるリム(13)によって構成される、請求項1に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各リム(13)は、前記受容スロット(14)を構成する複数の凹部を含む、請求項2に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記第1グループの各受容スロット(14)の周方向の長さは、前記第2グループの各受容スロット(15)の周方向の長さの2〜8倍である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)における前記第2グループの受容スロット(15)の数は、3または4である、請求項4に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各受容スロット(14、15)の底部は平坦な面である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記第1グループの受容スロット(14)の数は、4〜12の範囲である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 隣接する2つの取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)の軸方向の間隔は、すべての2つの隣接する取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)ついて、等しい、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各受容スロット(14、15)の底部には、前記筒体の外側に到達する貫通孔(16)が形成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記筒体は、周方向に延びる複数の外側フランジ(17)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記フランジ(17)の数は、前記取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)の数に等しい、請求項10に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各フランジ(17)は、軸方向において、一の取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)の近傍に位置している、請求項11に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記固定子フレーム(12)は、軸方向に並び且つ互いに連結された複数の部分(12a〜12e)含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記各部分(12a〜12e)は、1つの取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)及び1つのフランジ(17)を含み、前記部分のうちのいくつか(12b〜12d)は同一のものである、請求項13に記載の固定子フレーム。
- 前記筒体の外面には、支持要素(24)を取り付けるための取り付け具(18)が設けられている、請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム。
- 少なくとも1つの浮体(1)と、固定子(5)及び並進部材(6)を備えた水中リニア発電機(2)と、前記少なくとも1つの浮体(1)を前記並進部材(6)に連結する可撓性連結手段(3)と、を含む波力発電装置であって、前記固定子(5)は、請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム(12)を含み、前記固定子パッケージ(19)は、前記固定子フレーム(12)に取り付けられている、波力発電装置。
- 前記並進部材(6)は、複数のガイド手段(20、21)によってガイドされ、前記各ガイド手段(20、21)は、各取り付けプロファイル(13、14、15)における第2グループの受容スロット(15)に取り付けられている、請求項16に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記各ガイド手段は、軸方向に配列された複数のホイール(21)と、前記ホイール(21)が取り付けられたホイールフレーム(20)とを含む、請求項17に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記固定子フレーム(12)は、当該固定子フレーム(12)を海底に連結する複数の支持要素(24)を備えている、請求項16〜18のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記支持要素(24)は、ワイヤ又はロッドを含む、請求項19に記載の波力発電装置。
- 請求項16〜20のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置を複数備える、波力発電所。
- 海底に配置された少なくとも1つのスイッチギア(30)を含み、当該スイッチギアに前記波力発電装置が連結されている、請求項21に記載の波力発電所。
- 請求項16〜20のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置に対する接続線(41)を含む、電力ネットワーク(40)。
- 前記接続線(41)には、前記接続線(41)を介して行われる電力供給を制御し且つ前記接続線(41)を介して供給されたエネルギーに関する請求料金情報を提供する制御装置(42)が設けられている、請求項23に記載の電力ネットワーク。
- 電力を生成し、前記電力を電力ネットワークに供給するための、請求項16〜20のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置の使用。
- 水中で使用されるリニア発電機(2)の製造方法であって、前記リニア発電機(2)が、請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の固定子フレーム(12)及び固定子パッケージ(19)を備えた固定子(5)と、並進部材(6)と、を含む構成において、当該方法は、並進部材(6)が固定子(5)内で往復移動するように、金属の筒体として構成された前記固定子フレーム(12)における前記第2のグループの受容スロット(15)に前記ガイド手段(20、21)を配置する工程を含むとともに、前記固定子フレーム(12)における前記第1のグループの受容スロット(14)に前記固定子パッケージ(19)を取り付ける工程を含んでいる、製造方法。
- 前記筒体は、軸方向に配列された複数の部分(12a〜12e)を互いに連結することによって製造される、請求項26に記載の方法。
