Description
Claims (14)
- 電力を発生するための波力発電装置であって、
海面に浮かぶように構成された浮体(1)と、
固定子(5)、及び中心軸に沿って往復移動する並進部材(6)を有するリニア発電機(2)と、を備え、
前記固定子(5)は海底に固定されるように構成されており、前記並進部材(6)は接続手段(3,7)を介して前記浮体(1)に接続されており、
前記波力発電装置は、前記発電機(2)を封入し、且つ、前記接続手段(7)が内部を通って延びる開口が設けられた上端壁(14)を有する水密のカプセル(4)をさらに備え、前記開口には前記接続手段(7)に抗して作用する封止手段(12)が設けられており、前記封止手段は可撓性をもって取り付けられており、
前記封止手段(12)は、前記上端壁(14)に可撓性部材(19)を介して繋がった支持要素(15)によって支持されており、前記可撓性部材は前記支持要素(15)及び前記上端壁(14)に水密に接続されており、
前記支持要素(15)と前記可撓性部材(19)は第1の固定手段によって固定されており、
前記上端壁(14)と前記可撓性部材(19)は第2の固定手段によって固定されている、波力発電装置。 - 前記接続手段(3,7)の少なくとも一部は棒材(7)であり、当該棒材が前記開口を通って延びている、請求項1に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記封止手段(12)の可撓性をもった取り付けは、前記封止手段の横方向の動き及び角度変化を伴う動きを許容するものとされている、請求項1又は2に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記可撓性部材(19)はゴムなどの弾性材料によって形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記可撓性部材(19)は前記棒材(7)と共軸であり、前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部(20)は、負荷がかかっていない状態において、凸状の形状を作るように拡径されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記可撓性部材(19)は、両端に取り付け用フランジ(21)を有しており、一方のフランジ(21)は、前記支持要素(15)のフランジ部(17)とクランプリング(22)との間に前記第1の固定手段で固定されており、他方のフランジは前記上端壁(14)とクランプリングとの間に前記第2の固定手段で固定され、それによって前記両端の前記取り付けフランジ(21)は互いに相対移動できる、請求項5に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記第1の固定手段および前記第2の固定手段の少なくとも一方はボルトである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 各フランジ(21)の径方向外側部分(23)は、径方向内側部分よりも軸方向の厚みが大きい、請求項7に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記封止手段(12)の軸方向の伸張範囲は、径方向の伸張範囲より大きく、好ましくは少なくとも2倍である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記封止手段(12)は複数のシーリング部(18)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記カプセルには高圧のガスが充填されており、好ましくはこのガスは窒素ガスである、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置を、送電網に供給するための電気エネルギーの発生に使用すること。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の波力発電装置を用いて行われる、電力発生方法。
- 波力発電装置の製造方法であって、
海面に浮かべるための浮体を設け、
固定子、及び中心軸に沿って往復移動する並進部材を有するリニア発電機を設け、
前記固定子を海底に固定し、前記並進部材を接続手段を介して前記浮体に接続する、各工程を含み、
前記発電機を水密のカプセルに封入し、前記カプセルの上端壁に設けられた開口を通って延びるように前記接続手段を構成し、前記開口を通る前記接続手段に支持要素(15)を設け、当該支持要素(15)および可撓性部材(19)を第1の固定手段によって取り付け、前記上端壁と前記可撓性部材(19)を第2の固定手段により取り付ける、方法。
