Abstract

La invención se refiere a una unidad de energía generada por el oleaje para la producción de energía eléctrica; ésta comprende un cuerpo flotante (1) acomodado para flotar sobre el mar y un generador lineal eléctrico (2) que tiene un estator (5) y un trasladador (8) que oscila a lo largo de un eje central; el estator (5) está acomodado para ser anclado en el lecho de un mar y el trasladador (8) está conectado al cuerpo flotante (1) mediante los medios de conexión (3, 7); de acuerdo con la invención, el generador (2) encerrado en una encapsulación hermética al agua (4) que tiene una pared de extremo superior con una abertura a través de la cual se extienden los medios de conexión (7); la abertura tiene un sello (12) que sella contra los medios de conexión (7); el sello está montado de manera flexible; la invención también se refiere al uso de la unidad de energía generada por el oleaje y a un método para producir energía eléctrica.
