Abstract
본 발명은 풍향과 상응되게 동력을 사용하지 않고 가이드 날개를 이용하여 풍력발전기 조합체를 회전시킴으로써 풍향과 관계없이 발전을 할 수 있도록 하는 풍력 발전장치에 관한 것으로, 케이싱의 내부에 수평으로 설치되어 바람이 통과되는 깔때기와, 깔때기의 수축관에 구비된 하나 이상의 발전수단을 포함하는 풍력 발전기가 다수의 열과 층으로 연결된 조합체를 구성하고 지면이나 해상풍력 발전시 부구체의 상부에 수직으로 세워지는 수직기둥을 포함하며 상기 조합체는 수직기둥의 양측 회전수단을 통해 회전 가능하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
