Abstract

본 발명은 파력 발전 장치에 관한 것으로서, 파도의 모든 운동에너지를 효율적으로 이용하여 발전효율을 최대한 증대시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 해상에 고정적으로 설치되는 고정프레임(10)과; 해수면(B) 아래와 위를 향해 상,하로 운동할 수 있도록 상기 고정프레임(10)에 운동가능하게 설치되는 가동프레임(30)과, 상기 가동프레임(30)을 해수면(B)에 띄울 수 있도록 상기 가동프레임(30)에 설치되는 부력체(40)와, 해수면(B)의 파도에 부딪히면서 회전될 수 있도록 상기 가동프레임(30)에 설치되는 임펠러(50)와, 상기 임펠러와 연결되며 상기 임펠러(50)으로부터 입력된 회전력을 통해 전기를 생산하는 발전기(80)로 이루어진 하나 이상의 발전유닛(20);을 포함하는 파력 발전 장치에 있어서, 상기 임펠러(50)는, 상기 해수면(B)에 대해 수직축선(ℓ)을 중심으로 회전가능하게 설치되는 임펠러 샤프트(52)와, 상기 임펠러 샤프트(52)의 외주면 둘레를 따라 고정되는 다수의 임펠러 날개(54)들을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
