Claims (15)
- 注入器バルブ、および注入器バルブと流体連通しているサンプル出口ポートを含むサンプル送達パターン形成された基板と、
管、および管内の静止している媒体を含み、サンプル送達パターン形成された基板のサンプル出口ポートに直接接続される入口末端部分と、出口末端とを有する、管ベースの分離カラムと、
管ベースの分離カラムの出口末端に直接接続される溶離剤入口ポートを有する検出パターン形成された基板と
を含み、
溶離剤入口ポートが検出パターン形成された基板の検出器の入口と流体連通している、クロマトグラフィ装置。 - サンプル送達パターン形成された基板が拡散結合された金属部分を含み、検出パターン形成された基板が拡散結合された金属部分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 静止した媒体が直径約2.0μm未満を有する粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 約15,000psiより大きい動作圧力を有する溶媒ポンピングユニットをさらに含み、溶媒ポンピングユニットが、溶媒を注入器バルブに送達するために、サンプル送達パターン形成された基板の溶媒入口ポートと流体連通している、請求項3に記載の装置。
- サンプル送達パターン形成された基板が、混合された溶媒を注入器バルブに送達するために、溶媒入口ポートおよび注入器バルブと流体連通している溶媒混合器をさらに画定する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 分離カラムの管の入口末端部分がサンプル送達パターン形成された基板の出口ポートに取り外しできるように取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 分離カラムの管の入口末端部分がサンプル送達パターン形成された基板の出口ポートにねじ込めるように取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 管が約2mm以下の内径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 管の内径が約1mm以下である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 管の内径が約0.3mm以下である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- サンプル送達パターン形成された基板が、クロマトグラフカラムの上に注入されるべきサンプルのローディングのためのサンプルリザーバチャンバを画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- サンプル送達パターン形成された基板が、注入器バルブと流体連通しているサンプル入口ポートを有し、サンプルリザーバチャンバの中にロードするために注入器バルブにサンプルを送達するように、サンプル送達パターン形成された基板のサンプル入口ポートと流体連通しているサンプル管理モジュールをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 注入器バルブが、サンプル送達パターン形成された基板の固定子表面に対して回転できるように配置される回転子を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
