Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1種の色素によって形成された少なくとも1つのマーク(16)を有する眼科インプラント、特に眼内レンズにおいて、
前記色素が、人間にとって可視の光スペクトル外の放出最大値を有する蛍光色素または人間にとって可視の光スペクトル外の吸収最大値を有する吸収色素であり、それぞれ視覚的スペクトル領域におけるインプラント(10)の光放出に著しい影響を及ぼすことのない色素であり、
前記マーク(16)が、前記眼科インプラント(10)の製造中および/または完成後に形成され、
前記マーク(16)が薄膜に施され、該薄膜が前記眼科インプラント(10)に挿入されるか、または、前記薄膜が前記眼科インプラント(10)の表面に施されることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1に記載の眼科インプラントにおいて、
前記蛍光色素が、シアニン、メロシアニン、フタロシアニン、ローダミン、ポルフィリン、クロロフィル、トリアリルメタン、キサンテン、オキサジン、チアジン、サフラニン、複素環ピリリウム、チアピリリウム塩、ペリレン、テリレン、クアテリレン、クアテルネル、アゾ染料、金属錯体またはキノンから選択されることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1または2に記載のインプラントにおいて、
光吸収色素が、ベンゾフェノン、ベンゾトリアゾール、サルチル酸エステル、レゾルシンモノベンゾエート、シュウ酸アニリド、桂皮酸エステル誘導体、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸を含む構造的分類のうちいずれかの紫外線吸収材および/またはこれら構造的分類のうちのいずれかの赤外線吸収材であることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのマーク(16)が、前記眼科インプラント(10)の固定素子(14)および/またはレンズ体(12)および/または該レンズ体(12)のエッジ(20)に形成されていることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
前記マーク(16)が、文字および/または数字および/またはバーコードからなっていることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのマークが、前記眼科インプラント(10)の少なくとも1つの固定素子(14)および/またはレンズ体(12)を面全体でまたは面部分でマークすることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
前記眼科インプラント(10)が、異なる色素によって形成された少なくとも2つの前記マーク(16)を備えていることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
前記眼科インプラント(10)が複数の前記マーク(16)を備え、該マーク(16)が、1つ以上の幾何学パターンで配置されていることを特徴とするインプラント。 - 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のインプラントにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記マーク(16)が配置された前記インプラント(10)の少なくとも表面領域に、保護薄膜または保護層が被せられていることを特徴とするインプラント。
