- 基板を準備する工程と、
前記基板の一面上に第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極の上にバルクヘテロ型の有機薄膜を形成する工程と、
前記有機薄膜の上に第2電極を形成する工程と、
を含む有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法であって、
前記有機薄膜を形成する工程が、
p型半導体材料、n型半導体材料およびGeBr 4 の溶液を溶媒に溶解させる工程と、
不活性ガス雰囲気下において、前記第1電極の上に、前記溶解させる工程によって形成した液体によって膜を形成する工程と、
前記膜を加熱する工程と、
を含む有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記第2電極を形成する工程が、
金属層を形成する工程と、
前記金属層を加熱する工程と、
を含む請求項1の有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記膜を加熱する工程と金属層を加熱する工程によって、有機薄膜の中にナノ粒子を形成する請求項2の有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1電極を形成する工程と有機薄膜を形成する工程との間に、第1電極の上に電子ブロック層を形成する工程を有する請求項1から3のいずれかの有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記溶解させる工程、膜を形成する工程および膜を加熱する工程が複数回繰り返しおこなわれ、回数を重ねるごとにGeBr 4 の濃度を濃くする請求項1から4のいずれかの有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。
