Claims (8)
- 構成要素を軸体又は穴に隣接して保持するのに止め輪を利用している組立体において、
軸体上又は穴の中に設置されている、止め輪を受け入れるための溝と、
前記溝内に受け入れられている止め輪であって、軸方向厚さと半径方向幅を有する矩形横断面を含んでおり、前記軸方向厚さは前記半径方向幅より大きい、止め輪と、
前記止め輪の上にせり出しており且つ前記止め輪と接触する凸形状の特徴を有する丸みの付けられた縁を有する隣接する構成要素であって、軸方向成分及び半径方向成分を有するスラスト荷重を前記止め輪に作用させ、これによって、前記止め輪が前記溝内に固定され、前記隣接する構成要素が前記止め輪によって前記軸体又は前記穴に隣接して保持されている、隣接する構成要素と、を備えている、組立体。 - 前記止め輪は、円形で、或る周囲を有し、前記止め輪の前記周囲の最小85%が、前記止め輪と前記溝の間に0.002インチ(0.00508cm)までの最大隔離を有している、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、円形で、或る周囲を有し、前記止め輪の前記周囲の最大15%が、前記輪と前記溝の間に0.004インチ(0.01016cm)までの最大隔離を有することができる、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、第1端と、前記第1端から或る距離だけ離隔されている第2端と、を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、前記第1端の第1取り外し孔と、前記第2端の第2取り外し孔を有している、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪の少なくとも一端は曲がりを含んでいる、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が20:1又はそれより小さい、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記止め輪は、軸方向厚さ対半径方向幅の比が3:1又はそれより大きい、請求項1に記載の組立体。
