Claims (8)
- 多数の作業部(2)が設けられていて、該作業部(2)は、
運転機能を実施する機能手段と、
製造中に製造状態を監視する手段(44,45,15)と、
所望の製造状態からの偏差を検出するために構成された手段(54,47)と、を備える繊維機械(1)であって、
前記作業部(2)は、機能手段を自動式に検査するためのシーケンスを実施するようになっており、
1つの作業部(2)の製造中断時に、検出された偏差に関連して、少なくとも1つの機能手段を自動式に検査するための予め決定されたシーケンスを開始するために形成された手段(41)が設けられており、
表示手段(51)と、該表示手段(51)において検査結果を示すために、前記表示手段(51)に検査結果を伝達する手段(60)とが、設けられていることを特徴とする繊維機械(1)。 - 前記検査結果は、偏差を消滅させるための指示を含む、請求項1記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 前記検査結果は、偏差の原因を示すデータを含む、請求項1又は2記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 前記検査結果は、偏差の原因を特定するための指示を含む、請求項3記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 前記検査結果は、前記表示手段(51)においてテキストとして示される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 製造状態を監視する前記手段(44,45,15)は、処理された製品の品質を監視する手段(15)を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 製造状態を監視する前記手段(44,45,15)は、製造パラメータを監視する手段(44,45)を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の繊維機械(1)。
- 複数の作業部における製造状態を比較する手段(59)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の繊維機械(1)。
