Claims (7)
- 高電圧で作業する電気機械の巻線ヘッド(10)のための絶縁キャップ(16a,b)であって、前記巻線ヘッド(10)が、巻線溝から突出する絶縁された複数の巻線バー(11,12)を有しており、該巻線バー(11,12)が端部においてペア状に導電性に互いに接続されており、該電気的な接続部(15)の領域がそれぞれ、開口(23)でもって前記電気的な接続部(15)に被せられる絶縁キャップ(16a,b)により外部に対して絶縁されている絶縁キャップ(16a,b)において、該絶縁キャップ(16a,b)は内部(17)に、前記電気的な接続部の領域における高い電界を、該絶縁キャップ(16a,b)のアース電位にある外面(21)に向かって漸減することを可能にする手段(19)を有し、該漸減手段が、傾斜材料からなる傾斜層(19)を有しており、該傾斜層(19)が、前記絶縁キャップ(16a,b)を被せたときに、前記電気的な接続部(15)の領域から前記絶縁キャップ(16a,b)の開口(23)まで達し、
さらに、前記絶縁キャップ(16a,b)が、中央の絶縁層(20)を有しており、該中央の絶縁層(20)が、外面に外側の導体又は半導体層(21)を有しており、該中央の絶縁層(20)の内面には、前記電気的な接続部(15)の領域に、内側の導体又は半導体層(18)が配置されており、前記傾斜層(19)は、該内側の導体又は半導体層(18)から前記絶縁キャップ(16a,b)の開口(23)まで達することを特徴とする絶縁キャップ。 - 前記傾斜層(19)が、前記内側の導体又は半導体層(18)と、限られたオーバラップゾーン(22)において重畳する、請求項1記載の絶縁キャップ。
- 前記傾斜層(19)が、大部分、前記絶縁キャップ(16a)の前記中央の絶縁層(20)内に埋設されている、請求項1又は2記載の絶縁キャップ。
- 前記傾斜層(19)が、大部分、前記絶縁キャップ(16b)の前記中央の絶縁層(20)上に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の絶縁キャップ。
- 高電圧で作業する電気機械であって、巻線ヘッド(10)を備える巻線を備える電気機械において、前記巻線ヘッド(10)は、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁キャップ(16a,b)を有していることを特徴とする、電気機械。
- 前記巻線ヘッド(10)の少なくとも1つの絶縁キャップ(16a,b)が、外面においてアースされている、請求項5記載の電気機械。
- 前記巻線ヘッド(10)のすべての絶縁キャップ(16a,b)が、外面においてアースされている、請求項6記載の電気機械。
