本发明公开了一种双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置,包括转轴,转轴的左右两侧分别连接有前端盖和后端盖;前端盖和后端盖之间设有铝合金机壳;铝合金机壳的内壁设有定子总成;转轴上设有转子总成;定子总成是由定子铁芯和线圈组成,定子铁芯是由若干个定子冲片叠加而成;定子铁芯上形成有若干个定子槽;定子槽的下部设有槽楔,槽楔将定子槽封闭形成线圈安装孔,线圈安装孔的内壁设有主绝缘槽纸;线圈安装孔内设有高压线圈和低压线圈,高压线圈和低压线圈通过层间绝缘纸分隔;高压线圈与高压接线端子相连接;所述低压线圈与低压引出线端子相连接。本发明结构紧凑、控制简易、制造工艺简单、成本低、方便安装,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及能源设备领域,尤其涉及到一种双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置。
背景技术
新能源汽车多采用电动助力,多数助力转向电机一般采用异步电机,异步电机的体积大,重量重,有风扇风罩,结构复杂,可靠性低;且异步电机的电机驱动部分结构复杂,成本高,且节能效果差,车子动力不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单,实用的双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置,其特征在于:包括转轴22,所述转轴22的左右两侧分别通过前轴承3和后轴承12连接有前端盖1和后端盖8;所述前端盖1和后端盖8相对于转轴22可旋转;所述前端盖1和后端盖8之间设有铝合金机壳5;所述铝合金机壳5的内壁设有定子总成6;所述转轴22上设有转子总成7;所述转子总成7位于定子总成6形成的圈内;所述定子总成6是由定子铁芯和线圈组成,所述定子铁芯是由若干个定子冲片61叠加而成;所述定子铁芯上形成有若干个定子槽16;所述定子槽16的下部设有槽楔21,槽楔21将定子槽16封闭形成线圈安装孔,线圈安装孔的内壁设有主绝缘槽纸17;所述线圈安装孔内设有高压线圈18和低压线圈20,高压线圈18和低压线圈20通过层间绝缘纸19分隔;所述高压线圈18与高压接线端子10相连接;所述低压线圈20与低压引出线端子15相连接。
优选地,所述定子冲片61的外圈上设有铁心焊接豁囗62和定位槽63。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构紧凑、控制简易、制造工艺简单、成本低、方便安装,使用寿命长。

现结合附图,详述本发明具体实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置,包括转轴22,转轴22的左右两侧分别通过前轴承3和后轴承12连接有前端盖1和后端盖8;前端盖1和后端盖8相对于转轴22可旋转;前端盖1和后端盖8之间设有铝合金机壳5;铝合金机壳5的内壁设有定子总成6;转轴22上设有转子总成7;转子总成7位于定子总成6形成的圈内;定子总成6是由定子铁芯和线圈组成,定子铁芯是由若干个定子冲片61叠加而成;定子铁芯上形成有若干个定子槽16;定子槽16的下部设有槽楔21,槽楔21将定子槽16封闭形成线圈安装孔,线圈安装孔的内壁设有主绝缘槽纸17;线圈安装孔内设有高压线圈18和低压线圈20,高压线圈18和低压线圈20通过层间绝缘纸19分隔;所述高压线圈18与高压接线端子10相连接;所述低压线圈20与低压引出线端子15相连接;转轴22的一端与液压油泵23的主轴相连接。
本发明定子冲片61的外圈上设有铁心焊接豁囗62和定位槽63。
新能源汽车多采用电动助力,多数助力转向电机一般采用异步电机。本发明采用永磁电机,电机体积小2/3,重量是原电机的1/3,无风扇风罩,控制器采用无位置传感器的控制策略,可靠性高。
本发明定子铁芯的定子槽16内放置二套三相绕组,一套高压线圈18绕组,可接540V-DC直流电池供电的通过控制器输出的380V交流电;一套低压线圈20绕组,可接24V-DC直流电池供电的通过低压控制器输出的17V交流电;二套绕组分别接入不同电源,确保车辆在高压动力电池失去时,助力转向电机仍能由低压24V-DC电池供电正常工作,方向盘动作仍然可靠。

1.一种双源双绕组助力转向油泵永磁同步电机装置,其特征在于:包括转轴(22),所述转轴(22)的左右两侧分别通过前轴承(3)和后轴承(12)连接有前端盖(1)和后端盖(8);所述前端盖(1)和后端盖(8)相对于转轴(22)可旋转;所述前端盖(1)和后端盖(8)之间设有铝合金机壳(5);所述铝合金机壳(5)的内壁设有定子总成(6);所述转轴(22)上设有转子总成(7);所述转子总成(7)位于定子总成(6)形成的圈内;所述定子总成(6)是由定子铁芯和线圈组成,所述定子铁芯是由若干个定子冲片(61)叠加而成;所述定子铁芯上形成有若干个定子槽(16);所述定子槽(16)的下部设有槽楔(21),槽楔(21)将定子槽(16)封闭形成线圈安装孔,线圈安装孔的内壁设有主绝缘槽纸(17);所述线圈安装孔内设有高压线圈(18)和低压线圈(20),高压线圈(18)和低压线圈(20)通过层间绝缘纸(19)分隔;所述高压线圈(18)与高压接线端子(10)相连接;所述低压线圈(20)与低压引出线端子(15)相连接。
