Claims (19)
- 或る動作状態の公称値及び実際値に基づいて、LEDベース照明モジュールの別々の動作時間のそれぞれに対して増分的増減補正因子を計算して、複数の増分的増減補正因子を計算するステップであって、個々の増分的増減補正因子が、或る動作時間に対する前記LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過時間をスケーリングする、該ステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記複数の増分的増減補正因子に基づいて、累積増減補正因子を求めるステップと、
前記累積増減補正因子を用いて前記LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過時間をスケーリングすることにより、前記LEDベース照明モジュールの経過寿命を推定するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記動作状態が、温度、電流及び相対湿度から成る群より選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記累積増減補正因子を求めるステップは、前記複数の増分的増減補正因子の平均を取ることを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールにプロセッサが設けられることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過時間の測定を、前記LEDベース照明モジュールで行うようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命を予め定められた閾値と比較するステップと、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命が前記予め定められた閾値を超えた場合にアラームを発するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命を予め定められた閾値と比較するステップと、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命が前記予め定められた閾値を超えた場合に前記LEDベース照明モジュールをシャットダウンするステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命を予め定められた閾値と比較するステップと、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記経過寿命が前記予め定められた閾値を超えた場合にコード値を要求するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過寿命を求めるステップと、
前記累積経過寿命と、前記LEDベース照明モジュールのメモリに格納されている選択された目標寿命値との間の差を求めるステップであって、前記LEDベース照明モジュールの動作寿命は、前記選択された目標寿命値によって限定される、該ステップと、
推定残り寿命を求めるステップと、
少なくとも部分的に、前記累積経過寿命と前記選択された目標寿命値との間の前記差並びに前記推定残り寿命に基づいて、前記選択された目標寿命値を超えるように前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記動作寿命を延長させる寿命延長オファーを作成するステップと、
前記寿命延長オファーを受け取った後、前記選択された目標寿命値を超えて延長された寿命期間、前記LEDベース照明モジュールを動作させることを承認するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、
前記寿命延長オファーをエンティティへ送信するステップと、
前記寿命延長オファーの承認を前記エンティティから受信するステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールを延長された寿命期間動作させることを承認するメッセージを前記LEDベース照明モジュールへ送信するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールを延長された寿命期間動作させることを承認する前記メッセージが、第2の目標寿命値を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、
推定残り寿命を求める前記ステップが、
或る動作状態の公称値及び実際値に基づいて、前記LEDベース照明モジュールの或る動作時間の増分的増減補正因子を求めるステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記増分的増減補正因子に基づいて、累積増減補正因子を求めるステップと
前記累積増減補正因子を用いて前記LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過時間をスケーリングすることにより、前記LEDベース照明モジュールの推定経過寿命を求めるステップと、
前記推定経過寿命と前記目標寿命値との差として前記推定残り寿命を求めるステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - LEDベース照明モジュールのメモリに格納され、かつ前記LEDベース照明モジュールの動作寿命を限定するために用いられる目標寿命値を選択するステップと、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの累積経過寿命を求めるステップと、
前記LEDベース照明モジュールの推定経過寿命を求めるステップと、
少なくとも部分的に、前記累積経過寿命及び前記推定経過寿命間の差に基づいて、前記LEDベース照明モジュールの前記目標寿命値を増大させる寿命延長オファーを作成するステップと、
前記寿命延長オファーを受け取った後、延長された寿命期間、前記LEDベース照明モジュールを動作させることを承認するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって、
前記寿命延長オファーをエンティティへ送信するステップと、
前記寿命延長オファーの承認を前記エンティティから受信するステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法であって、
