Claims (10)
- 心電計(10)と、
ディスプレイと、
前記心電計と通信可能に結合させた複数のセンサ(14)であって、その各々が患者の身体(26)が発生させた電気インパルスを検出しかつ検出した電気インパルスを示す信号を心電計に送信することが可能な電極を備える複数のセンサと、
患者の身体の動きを検出しかつ検出した動きを示す信号を心電計に提供することが可能な運動検出手段(32)と、を備えるシステムであって、
前記心電計は、前記電気インパルスを示す信号が患者の異常状態に対応するかを判断し、
前記検出運動を示す信号が、前記異常状態の判断の誤りを生じさせる原因となる特定のタイプの患者運動に対応するかを判断し、
前記誤りの原因となる患者運動のタイプを前記ディスプレイに表示させる、システム。 - 前記運動検出手段(32)は加速度計またはジャイロを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記運動検出手段(32)は前記複数のセンサ(14)のうちの1つと一体である、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記運動検出手段(32)は、複数のセンサの前記1つと共有した通信ケーブル(16)を介して心電計(10)と通信可能に結合している、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記心電計(10)は、運動検出手段から取得した計測値のトレンドの実験データとの比較に基づいて患者運動の特定のタイプを検出するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記心電計(10)は、検出した電気インパルスを示す信号に基づく出力を前記ディスプレイに表示させること、患者からある種の電気信号が検出されたときに警報を作動させること、並びに運動検出手段からの計測値に基づいて運動の検出に基づいたある時間期間にわたって警報を抑制すること、を行うように構成されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記運動検出手段(32)は前記複数のセンサ(14)から分離された運動検出センサ(40)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記運動検出手段(32)は患者の身体(26)が実質的に無運動であるときに患者身体内部の臓器の動きを検出することが可能であり、かつ前記心電計(10)は検出した臓器の動きに基づいて補完的な診断情報を提供することが可能である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記運動検出手段(32)は前記患者の腕に装着される運動検出手段(32)を備え、
前記誤りの原因となる患者運動のタイプは患者の引っ掻き運動を含む請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 患者の身体(26)からの電気インパルスを検出することが可能な電極からの信号及び患者の身体の動きを検出することが可能な運動検出手段(32)からの信号を受け取ることが可能な1つまたは複数の入力と、
前記電気インパルスを示す信号が患者の異常状態に対応するかを判断し、
前記体の動きを示す信号が、前記異常状態の判断の誤りを生じさせる原因となる特定のタイプの患者運動に対応するかを判断し、
前記誤りの原因となる患者運動のタイプを出力ことが可能なプロセッサ(22)と、
前記誤りの原因となる患者運動のタイプに対応する表示を提供することが可能な警報機構(20)と、
を備える心電計モニタ(10)。
