Claims (6)
- 水平方向の軸周りに回転するローターと、
ブレード型で、前記ローターの前面に放射状に複数取り付けられる衝撃ピンと、
前記衝撃ピンが取り付けられたローターの側面を覆い、前記衝撃ピンの最外周軌道面に沿って周設される衝突リングとを備え、
前記衝撃ピンを構成する部材の一部は、前記ローターに固定される他方に対して着脱可能な状態で取り付けられ、且つ前記衝撃ピンと前記衝突リングとの距離を調整するために複数種類用意されるか、又は複数の前記衝撃ピンを一体化させた衝撃ピン群が、前記ローターに対して着脱可能な状態で取り付けられ、且つ前記衝撃ピンと前記衝突リングとの距離を調整するために複数種類用意されることを特徴とする粉体処理装置。 - 前記衝撃ピンは、前記ローターに固定される固定部と、前記固定部に着脱可能な状態で取り付けられる着脱部とを有し、
前記着脱部は、前記衝撃ピンを構成する部材の一部であり、
前記固定部は、前記衝撃ピンを構成する部材の他方であり、
前記着脱部は、個々の着脱部の高さ方向の長さが異なる複数種類のものが用意されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体処理装置。 - 前記固定部は、前記回転軸の軸方向に平行に延び、前記着脱部が係合する溝部を有し、
前記溝部は、開口部が底部よりも狭い断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の粉体処理装置。 - 前記ローターと前記固定部の内部には冷却機構が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の粉体処理装置。
- 複数の前記衝撃ピンの一端部を衝撃ピン固定部材に固定した衝撃ピン群を形成し、
前記衝撃ピン固定部材は、前記ローターに着脱可能な状態で取り付けられ、
前記衝撃ピン群は、前記衝撃ピンの高さ方向の長さが異なる複数種類のものが用意されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体処理装置。 - 前記衝撃ピンの端部であって、前記ローターと対向する側と反対側は、各々固定リングに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉体処理装置。
