Description
パルプ70%、ポリエステル30%からなる不織布を準備して基材層を設けた。
PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、クエン酸50重量部、
CaCO3150重量部、アクリル系共重合体10重量部、ステアリン酸8重量部、架橋剤5重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド5重量部を混合してペーストを作った後、押出工法で基材シート上にコーティングした後、オーブンを通過させることにより発泡層を形成した。
水性インク顔料及び油性インク顔料を印刷度数別に混合し、グラビア印刷方式を用いて樹脂層上部に印刷模様を形成した。
PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、クエン酸50重量部、
CaCO3150重量部、アクリル系共重合体10重量部、ステアリン酸8重量部、架橋剤5重量部、アゾジカルボンイミド5重量部を混合してペーストを作った後、ロータリースクリーンロールによって印刷層上部に部分的に前記ペーストをコーティングした後、オーブンで乾燥することにより、印刷模様に該当する部分を発泡させて部分発泡層を形成した。
アクリル樹脂、メチルエチルケトンをそれぞれ20重量%、80重量%で混合して表面処理用コーティング溶液を製造した。
パルプ100%からなる原紙を準備して基材層を設け、PVC樹脂を含むペーストを前記基材層上部にコーティング、乾燥することにより、市販されているPVCシルクシートを製造した。
Claims (11)
- 基材層;
前記基材層上部に形成される発泡層;
前記発泡層上部に形成される印刷層;及び
前記印刷層上部に印刷層の模様によって部分的に発泡形成される部分発泡層;を含み、
前記発泡層及び部分発泡層は可塑剤およびPLA樹脂として非晶質PLA樹脂を含み、
前記発泡層及び部分発泡層において、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、発泡剤0.5重量部ないし5重量部を含み、
前記発泡剤の平均粒径が3μmないし30μmである
ことを特徴とする生分解性シート。 - 基材層;
前記基材層上部に形成される発泡層;
前記発泡層上部に形成される印刷層;
前記印刷層上部に印刷層の模様によって部分的に発泡形成される部分発泡層;及び
前記部分発泡層上部に形成される表面処理層;を含み、
前記発泡層及び部分発泡層は可塑剤およびPLA樹脂として非晶質PLA樹脂を含み、
前記発泡層及び部分発泡層において、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、発泡剤0.5重量部ないし5重量部を含み、
前記発泡剤の平均粒径が3μmないし30μmである
を特徴とする生分解性シート。 - 前記PLA樹脂は、ゾル形態を用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記発泡層及び部分発泡層の一つ以上は、PLA樹脂及びバイオ樹脂がブレンドされた樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記バイオ樹脂は、セルロース(Cellulose)、キチン(Chitin)、スターチ(Starch)、PHA(Poly Hydroxyl Alkanoate)、PHBV(Poly Hydroxy Butyrate Valerate)、PVA(Poly Vinyl Alcohol)、PGA(Poly Glycolic Acid)、PBS(Poly Butylene Succinate)、PBSA(Poly Butyleneadipate−co−Butylene Succinate)、PBAT(Poly Butylene Adipate Terephthalate)、PCL(Poly Capro Lactone)、ポリ(エステル−アミド)(Poly(Ester−Amide))及びポリ(エステル−ウレタン)(Poly(Ester−Urethane))から選ばれる一つ以上の樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記発泡層及び部分発泡層の一つ以上は、PLA樹脂及び合成樹脂がブレンドされた樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記合成樹脂は、PVC(polyvinyl chloride)、PEG(polyethylene glycol)、EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate)、TPE(thermo plastic elastomer)、TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane)、TPS(thermo plastic starch)、ENR(epoxidized naturalrubber)、アイオノマー(Ionomer)、SBS(styrene butadiene styren)、NBR(nitrilebutadiene rubber)、SEBS(styrene ethylene butylenes styrene)、アクリレート(acrylate)、ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)、相溶化剤を含む変性ポリオレフィン(polyolefin modified with compatibilizer)、PU(polyurethane)、ポリアミド、ポリエステルから選ばれる一つ以上の樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記発泡層及び部分発泡層の一つ以上は、加工助剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記発泡層及び部分発泡層の一つ以上は、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、可塑剤10重量部ないし50重量部、加工助剤1重量部ないし10重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記発泡層及び部分発泡層の一つ以上は、充填剤、滑剤、架橋剤、熱安定剤、発泡安定剤の一つ以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の生分解性シート。
- 前記部分発泡層は、PLA樹脂100重量部に対して、充填剤50重量部ないし150重量部、滑剤0.1重量部ないし8重量部、架橋剤0.2重量部ないし5重量部、熱安定剤0.1重量部ないし10重量部、発泡安定剤0.1重量部ないし5重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生分解性シート。
