Claims (10)
- 弁インサート(2)と、
プラスチック射出被覆部(7)と、
を含んだ噴射弁において、
前記弁インサート(2)が弁座(3)と弁ハウジング(4)とを含み、該弁ハウジング(4)が、前記弁インサートを射出成形金型内で調心するように設置された第1の調心機構(5)を有し、
前記プラスチック射出被覆部(7)が、前記噴射弁を内燃機関への取り付けの際に調心するように設置された第2の調心機構(8)を有している、
噴射弁。 - 前記第1の調心機構(5)が弁座(3)に隣接するように前記弁インサート(2)の端部領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第1の調心機構(5)が少なくとも1つの第1の面(6a)と第2の面(6b)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第1の面(6a)が前記第2の面(6b)に対し平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第1の面(6a)が前記第2の面(6b)に対し角度(α)を成して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第1の面(6a)と前記第2の面(6b)とがこれらの間に移行エッジ(9)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第2の調心機構(8)が面を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の噴射弁。
- 噴射弁(1)の製造方法において、
弁インサート(2)に、該弁インサートを調心するための第1の調心機構(5)を備えさせるステップと、
前記弁インサート(2)を射出成形金型内へ挿入し、その際前記弁インサート(2)を前記第1の調心機構(5)を用いて前記射出成形金型内で調心するステップと、
プラスチック射出被覆部(7)を次のように製造するため、すなわち該プラスチック射出被覆部(7)が前記噴射弁を内燃機関に取り付ける際に該噴射弁を調心するための第2の調心機構(8)を有するように製造するため、前記弁インサート(2)をプラスチックで射出被覆するステップと、
を含んでいる製造方法。 - 前記第1の調心機構(5)が少なくとも1つの第1の面(6a)と第2の面(6b)とを有し、および/または、前記第2の調心機構(8)が面を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の調心機構(5)が弁座(3)に隣接するように前記弁インサート(2)の端部領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
