Description

また、前記内部キャビティと流体連通する第1の筐体と、前記第1の筐体内に配置されることによって、前記第1の吸引キャビティを形成し、前記第1の吸引キャビティが第1の容量を有するように前記第1の筐体内を往復移動する第1のピストンと、をさらに備えると好適である。
さらに、前記出口チューブと流体連通する第2の筐体内と、前記第2の筐体内に配置されることによって、第2の吸引キャビティを形成し、前記第2の吸引キャビティが第2の容量を有するように前記第2の筐体内を往復移動する第2のピストンと、をさらに備えると好適である。この際、前記第2の容量を、前記第1の容量より小さくすることもでき、また、前記第1の容量の半分とすることも可能である。
この際、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量を減らすよう前記第1のピストンを移動させるステップは、前記第1の吸引キャビティと前記出口チューブとが流体連通する前記第2のポンピング位置に向けて前記バルブを同時に動かすことを含む。
また、前記流出段階において前記出口チューブ内の流体の一部の流れを変えて第2の吸引キャビティに流入させるよう、前記出口チューブに接続された第2のピストンを動作させるステップと、前記流入段階において、前記流れを変えた流体の一部を前記第2の吸引キャビティから前記出口チューブへ輸送するステップと、をさらに含ませると好適である。このとき、前記第2の吸引キャビティの容量を、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量より小さくすることもでき、また、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量の半分とすることも可能である。
この際、前記プライミングチャネルノッチは、円周に沿って前記プライミングチャネルノッチの一端から他端に向けて深くなると好適である。
このとき、前記バルブ装置は、第3のポンピングチャネルノッチをさらに備え、前記第1、前記第2、および、前記第3のポンピングチャネルノッチは、前記基底部の周辺に互いから120度離れて配置されていてもよい。また、前記基底部は、柔らかい密閉材料からなり、前記上部は、硬い吸引摩耗抵抗材料からなっていてもよい。このとき、前記基底部は、前記上部の上から射出成形されていてもよく、また、上部開口および底部開口を有する中空ダクトをさらに備えてもよい。前記中空ダクトをさらに備えた場合、前記上部開口に取り付けられたメンブレンをさらに備え、前記メンブレンは、流体圧力測定を可能としてもよく、また、前記上部開口に配置された流体アクセスポイントをさらに備えてもよい。さらに、前記上部開口に設けられた空気抜きをさらに備えることも可能である。
流体リザーバ1132の容積は、壁に対するバルブ1100の位置によって制御される。
Claims (11)
- 医療用流体輸送装置であって、
チャネルを有する入口チューブと、
チャネルを有する出口チューブと、
前記入口チューブの遠位端と前記出口チューブの遠位端との間を接続することによって形成され、前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記出口チューブのチャネルとの間に接続された内部キャビティを有する角ジョイントと、
前記内部キャビティと流体連通する第1の筐体内で往復移動し、前記内部キャビティに接続された第1の吸引キャビティを含む第1のピストンと、
前記内部キャビティ内に配置され、プライミング位置、第1のポンピング位置、および、第2のポンピング位置の間を回転可能なバルブと、を備え、
前記バルブは、
前記プライミング位置にある場合に前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記出口チューブのチャネルとを流体連通させるプライミング細管と、
前記第1のポンピング位置にある場合に前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させる一方、前記第2のポンピング位置にある場合に前記出口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させるくさび形開口と、を有し、
前記第1のポンピング位置から前記第2のポンピング位置に回転することによって、前記入口チューブのチャネルに流体連通していた前記第1の吸引キャビティを、前記出口チューブのチャネルに流体連通させる、医療用流体輸送装置。 - 前記バルブは、前記バルブを回転させるためのハンドルを備える、請求項1に記載の医療用流体輸送装置。
- 前記内部キャビティと流体連通する第1の筐体と、
前記第1の筐体内に配置されることによって、前記第1の吸引キャビティを形成し、前記第1の吸引キャビティが第1の容量を有するように前記第1の筐体内を往復移動する第1のピストンと、をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用流体輸送装置。 - 前記出口チューブと流体連通する第2の筐体と、
前記第2の筐体内に配置されることによって、第2の吸引キャビティを形成し、前記第2の吸引キャビティが第2の容量を有するように前記第2の筐体内を往復移動する第2のピストンと、をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の医療用流体輸送装置。 - 前記第2の容量は、前記第1の容量より小さい、請求項4に記載の医療用流体輸送装置。
- 前記第2の容量は、前記第1の容量の半分である、請求項5に記載の医療用流体輸送装置。
- ポンピングサイクルにおいて流体リザーバに接続されたチャネルを有する入口チューブからチャネルを有する出口チューブまで医療用流体を輸送する方法であって、
前記入口チューブと前記出口チューブとを流体連通させるべく、バルブをプライミング位置に回転させて配置するステップと、
前記ポンピングサイクルの流入段階において、第1の吸引キャビティと前記出口チューブのチャネルとを流体連通させずに前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させるべくバルブを第1のポンピング位置に回転させて配置するステップと、
前記流入段階において、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量を増やすよう、前記第1の吸引キャビティに接続された第1のピストンを移動させるステップと、
前記ポンピングサイクルの流出段階において、前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させずに前記第1の吸引キャビティと前記出口チューブのチャネルとを流体連通させるべく、前記バルブを第2のポンピング位置に回転させて配置するステップと、
前記流出段階において、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量を減らすよう前記第1のピストンを移動させるステップと、を含み、
前記バルブは、
前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記出口チューブのチャネルとの間に接続された内部キャビティ内に配置され、前記プライミング位置、前記第1のポンピング位置、および、前記第2のポンピング位置の間を移動可能であり、
前記プライミング位置にある場合に前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記出口チューブのチャネルとを流体連通させるプライミング細管と、
前記第1のポンピング位置にある場合に前記入口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させる一方、前記第2のポンピング位置にある場合に前記出口チューブのチャネルと前記第1の吸引キャビティとを流体連通させるくさび形開口と、を有する、方法。 - 前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量を減らすよう前記第1のピストンを移動させるステップは、前記第1の吸引キャビティと前記出口チューブとが流体連通する前記第2のポンピング位置に向けて前記バルブを同時に動かすことを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記流出段階において前記出口チューブ内の流体の一部の流れを変えて第2の吸引キャビティに流入させるよう、前記出口チューブに接続された第2のピストンを動作させるステップと、
前記流入段階において、前記流れを変えた流体の一部を前記第2の吸引キャビティから前記出口チューブへ輸送するステップと、をさらに含む請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の吸引キャビティの容量は、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量より小さい、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の吸引キャビティの容量は、前記第1の吸引キャビティの容量の半分である、請求項10に記載の方法。
