Claims (6)
- 繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッドであって、該ヘッドは、高さ方向移動のために組み込まれた構造組立体から作られ、前記構造組立体は、上部から下方の貼付領域(3)への複数の繊維ストリップ(2)の通路について経路を定め、前記繊維ストリップ(2)は、圧縮システム(8)によって貼付面に対して個別に押し付けられ、前記貼付領域(3)に向かう経路において、前記繊維ストリップ(2)は、個別に駆動ローラ(5)と前記駆動ローラ(5)の回転速度を制御する張力レギュレータ(6)とを通過し、前記圧縮システム(8)は、一連の独立した部分ローラ(9)を含み、該部分ローラ(9)は、その軸方向に一致するように複数配置され、前記部分ローラ(9)は、前記繊維ストリップ(2)を前記貼付面上に個別に押し付け、それぞれの前記部分ローラ(9)は、高さ方向移動のためのシステム及び浮動システムを含む取付部を用いて配置されることを特徴とする貼り付け用ヘッド。
- 前記圧縮システム(8)のそれぞれの前記部分ローラ(9)の前記高さ方向移動のためのシステムは、モータ(14)により動作される鉛直方向スピンドル(13)を含み、前記鉛直方向スピンドル(13)は、前記部分ローラ(9)を固定するための固定組立体に取り付けられたナット(12)を通過することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッド。
- 前記圧縮システム(8)のそれぞれの前記部分ローラ(9)の前記浮動システムは、空気圧システムに接続された空気圧シリンダ(11)を含み、前記空気圧システムは、前記空気圧シリンダ(11)のピストンを長手方向経路の中央位置に維持するための自動制御により調整され、前記空気圧シリンダ(11)は位置センサ(15)を有し、前記位置センサ(15)は、前記ピストンの偏位が生じた場合に前記中央位置を回復するために前記空気圧システムを作動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッド。
- それぞれの前記繊維ストリップ(2)の前記張力レギュレータ(6)は、直線状変位部(17)を含み、前記直線状変位部(17)は、対応する前記繊維ストリップ(2)が通過するローラ(18)を含み、前記直線状変位部(17)は、中央位置に対する前記直線状変位部(17)の位置の変化を検出する位置センサ(19)を有し、検出された前記変化に従って前記駆動ローラ(5)の速度が変更されて、対応する前記繊維ストリップ(2)の張力を設定された値に維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッド。
- 前記圧縮システム(8)の前記部分ローラ(9)は、2つの平行な列において互い違いに配置されており、これにより互いに水平方向に接する非常に細い繊維ストリップ(2)の貼り付けを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッド。
- 前記圧縮システム(8)の前記部分ローラ(9)は、エラストマー材料から作られ、長手方向の穴を前記部分ローラ(9)の内部に有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維ストリップを貼り付けるための貼り付け用ヘッド。
