すべての実施形態において、分離装置に流入するヘドロがフィルタリングされ、保持されるという共通点がある。
最後に、図9は、本発明の別な実施形態を示しており、フィルタリングされた油水混合物は油水ヘドロ分離装置20のできる限り低い位置で排出され、メインフィルター30が詰まったとき、油水ヘドロ分離装置20内のより高圧の位置が形成される。したがって、分離される混合物はヘドロ状の物質を介して押圧される。
Claims (10)
- ハウジング(23)内に配置され、油水混合物から油含有成分を除去するメインフィルター(30)と、
前記油水混合物からヘドロ状の物質を分離する第1の機械的な分離装置であって、一方で、前記ハウジング(23)内に配置されたプリフィルター(26)によって形成され、当該プリフィルター(26)が前記油水混合物からヘドロ状の物質を保持する、第1の機械的な分離装置と、
を備える油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)であって、
・流れ方向から見て前記プリフィルター(26)と前記ハウジング(23)の後方に配置され、
・前記プリフィルター(26)と前記ハウジング(23)を通過するように前記油水混合物を供給し、
・前記ヘドロ状の物質の蓄積が引き起こす、前記プリフィルター(26)と前記メインフィルター(30)に起因する流動抵抗に問題なく打ち勝つように、容量を適合でき、
・油分を除去された処理水を前記ハウジング(23)から吸い出す、
ポンプ(36)として構成されている流量調整器と、
前記プリフィルター(26)と前記メインフィルター(30)が前記ハウジング(23)内で鉛直位置に固定されていることを特徴とする油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。 - 第2の機械的な分離装置が、前記油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)のハウジング(23)の外側の供給路に配置されたフィルター要素(22)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記フィルター要素(22)及び/又は前記プリフィルター(26)が殺菌性材料を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記流量調整器が、ハウジング(23)内の液体の水位を計測する水位検出装置(32)によって制御されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記流量調整器が時間に依存した手段で制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記プリフィルター(26)が、ハウジング(23)内において、流れ方向から見て前記メインフィルター(30)の前に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記メインフィルター(30)が、乳化した油水混合物を分離することに適するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 前記メインフィルター(30)が、多段に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 曝気が行われ、ヘドロ状の物質を前記メインフィルター(30)から遠ざけるガス流(43)が、当該曝気によって前記ハウジング(23)の中に導入されるように、曝気要素が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
- 沈殿スペース(45)を備えた沈殿分離要素(44)が設けられ、曝気の浮力が不十分であれば沈むヘドロ状の物質が沈殿スペース(45)に残ったままになるようにしていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の油水ヘドロ分離装置(20)。
