Claims (3)
- 一方室と他方室とを区画するバルブディスクと、
上記バルブディスクの上記一方室側と上記他方室側にそれぞれ積層される環板状のリーフバルブとを備え、
上記バルブディスクは、
上記一方室側と上記他方室側にそれぞれ形成されて上記リーフバルブを支える環状のボス部と、
上記一方室側と上記他方室側のそれぞれのボス部の外周側にそれぞれ形成されて上記リーフバルブが離着座するシートと、
上記各シートで囲われる窓と、
上記一方室と上記他方室側の上記窓とを連通する一方通路と、
上記他方室と上記一方室側の上記窓とを連通する他方通路とを有し、
上記一方室側と上記他方室側の一方または両方の上記シートが同じ側の上記ボス部より突出するように配置され、
上記他方室側の上記シートの外周端は、上記他方室側のシートに着座する上記リーフバルブの外周端よりも外周側に配置されるとともに、上記一方室側の上記シートの外周端と同じ位置か、当該外周端よりも外周側に配置される
ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 上記一方室側の上記シートは、
上記一方室側の上記ボス部から外周側に延びる複数の枝部と、
隣り合う上記枝部の外周端をつなぐ複数の円弧状の円弧部とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 上記バルブディスクは、
その外周に取り付けられる環状のピストンリングと一体化されたモールドピストンである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバルブ。
