Description
Claims (6)
- シリンダ内に設けられ、第1圧力室と第2圧力室とを区画するバルブディスクと、
前記バルブディスクに設けられ、前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とを連通する第1連通路と、
前記第1連通路よりも径方向内側において前記バルブディスクに設けられ、前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とを連通する第2連通路と、
前記第1連通路の前記第1圧力室側の開口端の周囲に設けられる第1シート部と、
前記第2連通路の前記第1圧力室側の開口端の周囲に設けられる第2シート部と、
前記第1シート部及び前記第2シート部に当接する環状の第1板弁と、
前記第1板弁を前記第1シート部及び前記第2シート部に押し付ける初期荷重を付与する荷重付与部材と、を備え、
前記バルブディスクは、前記第1板弁の内周端が当接する当接部と、前記第2シート部と前記当接部との間に設けられ前記第1板弁を支持する支持部と、を有し、
前記荷重付与部材は、軸方向に突出し前記第1板弁に当接する突起が設けられた環状の伝達板を有し、
前記第1板弁には、前記第1連通路の径方向外側に位置する前記第1シート部よりも径方向内側であって前記支持部が設けられる領域から径方向外側の範囲内において、前記突起が設けられる位置で前記初期荷重が付与され、
前記支持部は、前記第2シート部から径方向内側に向かって延びることを特徴とする緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - シリンダ内に設けられ、第1圧力室と第2圧力室とを区画するバルブディスクと、
前記バルブディスクに設けられ、前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とを連通する第1連通路と、
前記第1連通路よりも径方向内側において前記バルブディスクに設けられ、前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とを連通する第2連通路と、
前記第1連通路の前記第1圧力室側の開口端の周囲に設けられる第1シート部と、
前記第2連通路の前記第1圧力室側の開口端の周囲に設けられる第2シート部と、
前記第1シート部及び前記第2シート部に当接する環状の第1板弁と、
前記第1板弁を前記第1シート部及び前記第2シート部に押し付ける初期荷重を付与する荷重付与部材と、を備え、
前記バルブディスクは、前記第1板弁の内周端が当接する当接部と、前記第2シート部と前記当接部との間に設けられ前記第1板弁を支持する支持部と、を有し、
前記荷重付与部材は、環状の第2板弁と、前記第1板弁と前記第2板弁との間に挟持される環状の伝達板と、を有し、
前記伝達板は、軸方向に突出し前記第2板弁に当接する突起を有し、
前記第1板弁には、前記第1連通路の径方向外側に位置する前記第1シート部よりも径方向内側であって前記支持部が設けられる領域から径方向外側の範囲内において、前記突起が設けられる位置で前記初期荷重が付与され、
前記支持部は、前記第2シート部から径方向内側に向かって延びることを特徴とする緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 前記第1連通路及び前記第2連通路はそれぞれ複数設けられ、
前記第1シート部は、前記第1連通路毎に設けられ、
前記第2シート部は、すべての前記第2連通路を囲むように環状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 前記第1シート部は、径方向内側に向かって延びる部分を有し、
当該部分と前記支持部とは径方向に連続して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 前記突起は、前記伝達板の外周端から突出して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 前記突起は、前記伝達板とは別部材のリング状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
